Hydroponics Delta is the best "normal" content for testing; that Lost Sector has much tougher mobs. If a weapon/build works well there it's end-game worthy. Most weapons will do well in old content.

while i want this roll now because it looks strong, the best one for PvE when this artifact goes away has to be subsistence incandescent, current artifact lets you get free explosions from any solar weapon however after that may be better to go more explosions :)
Although I mostly agree, for solar, I would do heal clip instead of subsistence. It will keep you healthy and with ember of benevolence it gives you 400% ability increase

Heal clip and incandescent is god roll for pve. You want more range as well
This gun shows there’s more to solar weapons than incandescent. Magnificent howl gives a 50% damage buff at max 10 stacks. On top of that with lucky pants and solar surge it’s a menace and very underrated. People need to look past stuff like volt shot, incandescent etc
@@dzehliono8320 volt shot is horrible reloading to proc 2 trall is useless. Lucky pants on this can proc MG efficiently better or high rate of fire dmg for campions and bosses. Lucky pants is more campions and majors. It not for adds bro lol

I really like these brave weapons have so many perks that work. I don't like pvp, but for pve I've really liked the Heal Clip, Incandescent, and would like to get a roll with Subsistence, as the one mentioned here. When using Tusk, I would like to try going for more damage instead of Incandescent, to balance it out.
I'm assuming you can do the same thing with Transversive Steps?
My second drop was a shiny lunas with encore and precision instrument and it goes so hard in pvp!

u can't even farm it properly,, if you tune to Lunas howl,, u get all other guns after activity except of the Lunas howl,, its ridiculous,,,

Not a very big handcannon fan here with a few exceptions, luna's one of them. My biggest problem with m usually is the nasty recoil slow reload and most of all the reload animation (hate that flipping waving animation 😑) so for me quick reload is a must. Love subsistence on ARs and smgs but not as much on a handcannon. Don't have anything against perks that require setup, but getting 10 precision shots reload save up your howl stacks. Slow reload and a lot of setup, doesn't make it suitable for any tougher content for me personally. So my favorite one is corkscrew magwell heal clip incandescent reload masterwork. Then again, im heavily biased cause i love heal clip especially in combination with incandescent 😊
haha right. Its so weird to me, especially in pvp, with how much people love hc's. Almost every youtube pvp'er uses hc mainly. I absolutely suck with them in pvp. No matter which one I use. But i can top the boards with a auto rifle or smg. So i havec never understood what people love about them so much.
Do you play with mouse or controller? I don't care for pvp, but have seen some weapons work better depending of that. I imagine a lot of youtubers will be playing on PC and if they are good shots, can get a kill with 3 hits, and could see autos working better with controller and getting more aim assist.
What do we think about: Enlightened Action & Precision Instrument?

I’ve had a ton of different rolls and my favorite is subsistence/incandescent

basically same here, i already thought: maybe they patched HC + Incan out of the game
it took me a while to get any good rolls too... it might be rigged that way just to reduce how many top dollar god rolls there are out there

Discord is a nice sleeper pick with magnificent howl. It was pretty easy to get a 10 stack.
For PVE, subsistence & mag howl. For PVP, slideshot & kill clip or precision instrument.
I think this roll is a lot worse outside of solo. Ally steals a kill you were aiming for = lose 10 stacks. Still a fun af role tho
This roll is great for anything. The precision kills don't have to be in succession to one another and if you miss one it doesn't take away from your stacks. Subsistence allows you to keep the same magazine loaded with ammo so long as you get some kills. And that's all it requires, get 10 precision kills within the same magazine. This roll is stupid easy to get 10x MH.
Nice choice if you don’t have zaoli’s, but if you do this weapon is pointless in pve, in pvp it’s solid.
Epochal Integration is better than it.

I have Crafted Zaoulis Bane with Enhanced Explosive Payload and Enhanced Eye of the Storm. Great for PvP and PvE. The Luna's Howl is Great for PvP.

@@Copeharder00 When you proc Stats for All (which is the majority of the time) there is no better feeling solar hand cannon than Epochal Integration. Zaouli's Bane is better for more difficult content, but for low level stuff? Nah, I don't think it is. I've been using Luna's with Subsistence/Incandescent in Onslaught and it's terrible in comparison to EI.
I got this roll in its shiny form with double 3rd and 4th column perks. In short, It's amazing. It doesn't really matter if your solo or not with this roll It's really easy to get to 10x MH. Without subsistence it's more difficult, but subsistence makes it nearly impossible not to get to 10x.
being a 180 with fire fly would have made this the best handcannon in the game.. unlucky

Why isn't slideshot better ? With subsistence it can happen that you need to reload and miss stacks, with slide you just need to slide to get ammo back.
Also look at this 2:38 aim assist xd console gamers really have it easy
i was actually playing on pc for this footage but slideshot could certainly be beneficial but the 2.5 second cooldown between its ability to proc is why i would prefer subsistence
Watch the video closely, he chooses activities where he can take time and pick his shots, in the real game you wont have that time not to mention teammates destroying everything while you're strolling along. Worthless video.
Worthless observation you had since there's dungeon and pantheon footage in this and I guess you didn't realize that there are alot of solo activities in this game where there aren't teammates to worry about
