A good way to eat your veggies and fruits if you don’t like them is to blend them into smoothies for breakfast, or for fruit only pancake batter. Also cooking (boiling, frying, etc.) veggies until they’re unrecognizable then combining them with your favourite foods, for example in soup. I will say raw baby bok choy tastes amazing when added 3 minutes before you eat some noodle soup though

I also worked at a Starbucks during mine and am a huge coffee lover, but the grinding of the beans would make me so sick to my stomach. Then when I finally could stomach coffee again people always looked at me like “is that okay for baby?!” So one time I just go “yeah she’s my kid, she probably likes coffee” haha I only drank coffee twice during my pregnancy anyways, because all i wanted was water.
I gave coffee up for three months because I knew if I didn’t go full turkey I would continue consuming horrific amounts of it lol. Eventually I drank it again and stayed to one cup a day but I worked really long shifts so once I got bigger I needed it to survive the day. Also my baby came out just fine. And I breastfeed and still drink coffee lol. I Just Smile and wave 🤣

A good way to eat your veggies and fruits if you don’t like them is to blend them into smoothies for breakfast, or for fruit only pancake batter. Also cooking (boiling, frying, etc.) veggies until they’re unrecognizable then combining them with your favourite foods, for example in soup. I will say raw baby bok choy tastes amazing when added 3 minutes before you eat some noodle soup though

I also worked at a Starbucks during mine and am a huge coffee lover, but the grinding of the beans would make me so sick to my stomach. Then when I finally could stomach coffee again people always looked at me like “is that okay for baby?!” So one time I just go “yeah she’s my kid, she probably likes coffee” haha I only drank coffee twice during my pregnancy anyways, because all i wanted was water.
I gave coffee up for three months because I knew if I didn’t go full turkey I would continue consuming horrific amounts of it lol. Eventually I drank it again and stayed to one cup a day but I worked really long shifts so once I got bigger I needed it to survive the day. Also my baby came out just fine. And I breastfeed and still drink coffee lol. I Just Smile and wave 🤣
