Three Dog Night had 3 vocalists - Danny Hutton, Cory Wells & Chuck Negron. That's why many of the songs sound totally different from others, but they're all brilliant.

Never Been To Spain * Joy To The World * * - both written by the great Hoyt Axton Shambala Let Me Serenade You You really can't go wrong with these guys. There may be songs that don't click with you, but you'll still appreciate the performance.
A friend of mine talked me into going to see these guys back in the mid 70's. He was a big fan and I wasn't, but I certainly was after the concert. The concert changed my mind because these guys were great showmen.
An Old Fashioned Love Song is a great song! I also love "Never Been to Spain", "Joy the World", "Black and White", "Family of Man", "Eli's Coming" "One Man Band", "Let Me Serenade You", "Shambala", "Sure As I'm Sittin' Here", and "In Bed". Also, for a DEEP cut, the song "Woman" is FIRE!
To anyone watching this _ please watch or listen to Sir Tom Jones and the Stereophonics' version of this. You'll see that a guy who was in his 70's when he recorded it still has an amazing voice. Grey power!
When I was younger I kind of looked down on Three Dog Night because they didn’t write their own music like the bands/artists I admired the most. I’ve since come to appreciate the talents and creative output of many artists who interpret the songs of others. Three Dog Night certainly had many great performances in their time and they have stood the test of time.

Let Me Serenade You
You really can't go wrong with these guys.
Oh, ya GOTTA do "Eli's Comin".
To anyone watching this _ please watch or listen to Sir Tom Jones and the Stereophonics' version of this. You'll see that a guy who was in his 70's when he recorded it still has an amazing voice. Grey power!
1970-1975 three dog night tore it up man no question about it… this is a super band and definitely one of my favorites of all time!…RIP CORY WELLS❤️
You have to admit, they boosted the careers of Harry Nilsson and Dave Loggins.

Three Dog Night was one of my favorite groups, One a high favorite song, and the lead on that a favorite band lead vocalist.
One of TDN’s better tunes. The best, IMO, is Never Been to Spain. You should listen to that one, as well as Out in the Country and Eli’s Coming. Most of their stuff is top 40.
Love the castenets!
Written by Hoyt Axton. A bit of trivia, Hoyt's mom wrote Heartbreak Hotel.
Yes.
