Stop a runny nose
A runny nose is a thin clear fluid or thick mucus that rub down your nose or to the back of your throat.
This is cause by inflammation and swelling of the inner lining of the nasal passages and sinuses.
This happen when there is excess production of mucus by the lining cells of the nose, which accumulates in the back of the nose or in the throat.
Symptoms:
1.Nose bleed.
2.Sore throat.
3.Nasal congestion.
4.Fever.
5.Headache.
Causes:

Genuinly worked well. Cold symptoms don’t bother me whatsoever, all except for a runny nose. I can live with a clogged nose but runny noses are the worst.

Ok ok. I was skeptical. But my nose was on the verge of bleeding from blowing it literally ALL DAY. So I figured I had nothing to lose. And while it didn’t COMPLETELY get rid of my runny nose. @@Mdxmp5 Hi Mike. Yes, a definite improvement, although I can’t seem to stop the drips from the cold weather, my eyes water a lot in cold weather as well. During the summer it goes away almost completely if I do this technique regularly. Good luck, it’s definitely helped me a lot 😊

Which is the exact same issue im trying to clear up. Another remedi im going to try that i read about is going to be drinking some oregano oil, its supposed to prevent the mucus alltogether. I just havent fogured out a ratio like how much to take and how often.
