Congratulations on maintaining your weight loss! That for sure is encouraging. Don’t worry about everything that is going on around you and pleasing other people regarding your weight. So long as you’re happy with where you are the others will see. Can’t wait to see how you do with starting the medication again. You are almost in wonderland!🎉

Maintenance is awesome! I have watched other videos of people cycling off and on and it seems to work for them. I feel like that’s smart not only financially but also for those that lose the side effects / benefits of restriction. Do you feel like you could stay on a lower maintenance dose for a longer period of time to get the benefits of the hormone / hunger / food seeking regulation ?

Thanks for the insight. It is good to know it has worked for others. Yes, I think I can stay on a lower does. I only went up to the second dose so far in my saxenda journey and it seems to be working.

Just wanted to mention to you as well ...anti histtiminr diet for your kids as well ...choose less citrus more berries and cantaloupe they still get vitimin c....the bad news is ...when you do your homework you will find a lot of foods are high in histimines....the good news is if you do the vitimin d...zinc ...small amount zinc...the recommended rda is between like 7 and 9 I think ...if you like oysters ...it is a great food for protein zinc and weight loss ...anyways ramble ...if you do zinc ...vitimin d and high protein vitimin c diet kids as many cruferuodd veggies ....and low anti histime diet ....and cut as much carbs sugar gluten and diary ...I don’t see why kids should not improve ....unless something else that is compromising immune system ...that you will have to dig for through the tests I mentioned....but I would do these things ...bonus.....if you can get Them in the Morning to eat a clove garlic with some honey before they go school and drink a tea with lemon ...tea is cheap and with lemon help flush there symptoms....on weekends....we rush all the time to give our kids food because if we don’t we think they not getting what they need ...but if you actually find Them like a tea With lemon and the victimins in morning and let them play a bit hour two or so and then feed them it is actually good for bodies....stimulates auto phagy and will help them pop and that good immune system 😅

You don’t have wait forever to feed them ...but a tiny bit altos hurt unless that diabetes then it different and you want check doctor...you can verify With doctor everything I telling you ...I don’t think you will find anything I am saying is bad....I not the type Person that just talks shit...I have a speacial Needs son myself and a lot of family members with various disabilities cognitive issues and asthma I have wanted to help them all so I really did my homework over the years...you can write down what I say....and talk doc about it ....I repeat....low histimine diet...vitimin d zinc small amount ....lots fresh fruit veggies cut carbs and sugar and diary...If the rest is hard at times for sure the gluten and diary ...almond plant milk for calcium and ...then even if they don’t want to do testing...for allergies you can find out by taking away certain things and see .....hope this helps and good luck
