Thanks! Wow! You are doing really well yourself! Good job on getting back to the workouts. That is something I haven't figured out how to be consistent with yet. I am trying to focus on the food first.

Are you using the noom app to track food? It’s free with SaxendaCare and I am finding it to be really helpful. Thank you for sharing your journey, I am on my 6th week!

I am not and was not aware of that so thank-you for the tip. I will have to look into that!

I hit a plateau. September 27 I started Saxenda and I think I weighed 188. I’m stuck right at 170. So I’m not sure what to do at the moment. I know I need to probably watch what I eat a lot more than I have been and I know I need to exercise. A lot more. So I guess I’ve answered my own question lol. Hope you’re doing well.

Plateaus are so frustrating. I hope you can continue on your health journey and keep doing better even with the plateau. I know that's easier said than done! I am trying to be content with maintaining as well.

I wish this had worked for me. It really made me sick. Extreme vertigo , Dr said I had a bad reaction to medication. So I guess it's back to the gym and sweat it off.. ughh..
