What a great day. Thank you for taking us with you. It's great that you even have German WECK jars. Imagine that Weck filed for bankruptcy last week. Terribly sad. It has been around for over 120 years and due to the massive increase in energy costs and falling sales, a company steeped in tradition has to fight for survival. I really hope they can be saved. Thanks for the video and have a nice day. I am going to sleep now. Greetings from Oranienburg
well guys great content and editing - catchy background music and a real "Fred Rodgers" style and tempo narrative - its so relaxing - the "rural idyll!" keep em coming!😀
I've actually thought about a daybed swing. We have the regular porch swing, but not great for napping. The front porch is one of my favorite parts of the farmhouse. (other than the larder and root cellar)Thanks for watching!
Thanks!! The garden is doing really well so far this season. After all of the rain the weeds are going to grow like crazy. Our cows are very curious and always want to see what's going on. 😁
The ones I'm using now are ones that I bought so they are just dehydrated. When I start preserving my own, I will probably freeze dry them and then use oxygen absorbers or desiccants if they will be used within 6 months. I'm looking forward to using herbs/flowers that I grew myself. I think that will make the tea taste even better. 😁
With grandkids, EVERYTHING gets names. They've all gotten used to the fact that we give them the best life we can while they are with us and then they provide us with meat. It was something we all had to get used to. After the first one, Robbie, they actually started calling hamburgers "Robbie-burgers". Weird, but it works for them. My chickens are just for eggs. My "girls" are different than the cattle...not sure if I could eat them. The oldest ones are 4 years old and people keep telling me that I should make some 'chicken soup', but I think they will just enjoy their golden years with the others. We might get meat birds and I think that knowing they will be butchered from the beginning will make a difference??? Thanks for watching.
Love this day on the farm.
Want to see alot more of these.
So relaxing!
Thanks! Farm life is a great way of life. We'll definitely be doing more 'chore' videos. It really gives a feel of what life on the farm is like.
Love this
A beautiful day with you 🚜
Thanks! We truly enjoy our life on the farm.
Love everyday life. Enjoy real people doing what they do. Thank you!
Thanks for watching! We enjoy our daily routines and are very thankful for our farm

We like watching videos like that too. It's interesting to see what other people's days are like. Thanks for watching!
those berry bushes were loaded. great job on everything!
Our brambles have really done well and they are fairly easy to care for compared to some other crops.
The tea looked delicious!
It was pretty yummy (and a pretty color). 😊
Great video! Love your porch !
Thanks! We love our porch too. We sit out there most nights right before going to bed. It's so relaxing. We're headed there now. :)
It’s beautiful!
Great video ❤
Thanks!
I dream of a porch like yours. I'd have a daybed swing for those afternoon naps. I enjoy your videos❤

What a fun front row seat for natures show. I love that the cows want to say hi. Your garden and orchard looks so beautiful.

Undiluted household vinegar works great on small and tender weeds.
The hard part of this is that I have to catch them when they are small and tender. 😁 Thanks for the tip.
thank you both , god less
Thanks for watching.
Are your tea ingredients freeze dried? Do you put an oxygen absorber in with them?

How can you name the cows knowing you’re going to butcher them before winter? 🥲 Are the chickens for eggs, meat or both? Beautiful place.
