Good job well done, the ending where the socket slips, feel the pain! done that with uncontrolable swearing added! if i ever get stuck nut/bolt on the mini im coming to yours to use that rather cool induction heater gadget!
Cheers Will. Injuries and swear words form part of the amateur mechanic's toolbox don't they? 🤣 Mate, that induction heater is a life-saver. You're more than welcome to try it out on yours. 👍
Well done on your own, find a buddy, 2 men keep up morale and better than you on your own. Liked the thermal solution. Back in the 1985s many cars had a spray of 'undercoat' every 2-3 years and not so rusty and easier to work on. .
Cheers Eamo. Perhaps when our UA-cam channel properly blows up, Reggie and myself will have our own full-blown garage to work on our rusty bangers! 🤣 That induction heater is definitely a winner. It certainly got me out of a pickle. 👌
@@jimmykneesall I spent miserable months with Simon in the winter, repairing my Capri II and his Pontiac Firebird. As I say all nuts and bolts came off as we had oil/wax undercoats. You were dealing with rust !
Good vid good coverage n content as usual m8 , looking at the subframes and so on under neath looks like it’s a “ seaside” car for sure but yea nice 1 m8 👍👍 I furred new “ longer bolts “ on my infra estate I covered them on my UA-cam channel at the time keep up the good work m8
Cheers Dunk. Yeah, it ain't a pretty car by any stretch of the imagination! 🤣 There's gonna be some more jobs for it coming up, unexpectedly as always! 🤣

They are a god-send, aren't they? I'd have never got this job done myself if I didn't buy one. Absolutely superb tool. Well worth the money. 👌
