    I woke up not feel so great today but I'm glad I tried this new class today Brett! Thanks again for another amazing Kundalini class. My negative thinking has gone away after the class and I feel much better now. 😌🙏

    I came across your channel, and planning to start practicing kundalini with you since i am a beginner 😊, however i ve heard from a well known Yogi that working with kundalini energy can be dangerous, that creates a bit of confusion for me…that would be much appreciated if you can elaborate a bit in the subject…i believe that will help many lost souls like myself 🥺🙏🏼

      I would say that one just needs to follow 3 rules when working with energy. 1. Learn how to ground out energy by breathing, and imagining the energy go into the ground. Get skilled at that. 2. Get good at balancing the energy body by spreading the energy across the 7 chakras. If you don't people get left with a bunch in one spot, which can be painful. A lot of ppl jam it up into their ajna chakra and get left with migrains for days for instance. 3. Don't force or push shakti or kundalini awakenings. It will come when it comes. Forcing it when your not ready is extremely traumatizing if you make it come.
