I am a disabled person with acute fibromyalgia. I have only recently been able to walk with poles one block. I just listened to a neuroscientist on a podcast re brain health which is improved measurably by yoga meditation. Which of your videos would you recommend? I cannot get on the floor. Chair and bed fine. Thx
