On auto trader i found a gallardo an f430 a mp412c an r8 a vantage a 911/ cayman and an amg gt
For me... an R8 V10 manual. Just under 50k, a gated manual gearbox, rapid quick, ultimate reliable (unlikely to be a money pit), sounds the part and looks gorgeous.
Case closed!!

Twenty years ago I bought a Ferrari 338 GTS for £33k. I had it six years and sold it for £25k at the bottom of the market. It was surprisingly reliable and great fun. I don't regret it but was aware if I was unlucky a huge bill could have come my way and I am not a millionaire.
This is basically what we used to in every IT lesson at school!
Ah the F430 is still my favorite, design wise, mid-engine Ferrari until today.

F430, 360, 458, F8, 488. I'd say that the Pista looks better than the F8 but it's not standard.
It is admirable, but the new F8 Triburto tho. Their design are on point, or SF90 it’s just crazy and Ferrari Roma it’s just the most elegant Ferrari Ever. The First Ferrari in my thought that fits for strolling in the street. A beautiful sports coupe to stroll in around the street. Shopping in Mayfair, or Champs- Elysees, looking stunning parking in the streets of Bahnhofstrasse. It is just a car meant solely for the city, looking pretty. All other Supercar/ Sportscar are just way too sporty feeling more than the luxurious feeling. This is sort of a car that’s been waiting for, a car, that if you will fits the dynamic, luxury, and private lifestyle.

The way you describe PCP agreements is extremely misleading. The monthly payments may be low, but the car is only yours at the end of the agreement if you can afford to pay the large balloon payment!
That's the way all loans work. That's how banks do business and I don't like it either.

@@richboy900 I have a Jag XE 3 years old in October 2020 apart from the R sport grills falling off & needing stuck back on reliability has been excellent. Jaguar super friendly call them up they answer any question I have. When i got qouted over 2K to top up my ad blue from a garage called jagaur dealership who done it & continue to do it gor £29.99. Wont buy a other make of vehicle for the foreseeable future.
Jaguar gets a bad rap for reliability and high repair cost, neither of which are true. The 4.2 and 5.0 SC engines are superb, reliable and efficient. The cars are stunning, especially the XFR, XKR and XK. If you want to sacrifice ride and room, the F-Type bridges the gap between GT car and Supercar, without really fitting into either role...and they are all a whole lot prettier to look at than a mustang or corvette IMO.

Loved the video! Do one on Sports car that work well as daily. Picked up a TT mk2 2008, mint condition, manual with cream interior last summer for under £7K thanks to Auto Trader! It had been on my bucket list for 20 years and it's now my daily, perfect for A and B roads up here in Yorkshire.

Good vid I really enjoyed it. All very Similar to the cars I've been looking at next year and I love the old vette (since face from the a team) too so didn't even consider a newer one (when life starts to go back to normal) but one you didn't list which is one I'm swaying towards mysely ie the jaguar f type absolutley stunning cars and sound amazing.

Be careful with these used cars ... my dad leased a continental gt and the ac system kept making clicking noises. The repair cost was 3800. We didn’t pay it b/c it was a lease but these cars are super crazy to maintain. There is a reason people are trying to get rid of these headaches

Just some nitpicks. You addressed in the video that some of the cars aren't supercars so fair enough on that. Most family SUV's are under £50k though. One thing you missed on the 458 was the very high mileage and the 5+ owners. You talked about the V10 R8 but then looked at V8 ones. Also after a PCP, you don't own the car, you have the option to purchase it for the GFV or give it back. You confused it with a Hire Purchase.

@Ibraheem Productions that’s such a cliched response. My Quadrifoglio is 3 years old this month and it has been 3 years of pleasurable, trouble free ownership. I’ve had more issues with other BMWs, Audis and Porsches I’ve owned.

When the i8 came out, my first thought was "pentium processor". All impressive and advanced at its time but you knew electric technology will destroy it in a couple years and for much cheaper price.

1st Gen Vantage is a steal, the lowest I've seen is £20K. Although it'll be costly to run.

Where I live I saw a Mustang GT350R sold for USD$125,000, a new Supra (non-lauch Edition) for USD120,000 and an automatic 2018 Lotus Elise for USD$100,000, and I didn't even know Lotus had automatic variants of that car
As you can imagine, everyday cars are 30-year-old FWD Corolla's and Camry's falling apart and the worst versions of Hyundai Sonata's

Those 458's are incredible! Had the opportunity to drive it on a track in Fontana California (ExoticsRacing) and oh my god it's a monster. Absolutely one of the best sounding cars I've ever driven!

Love your videos! Prices are look affordable, if you're live in UK! I love my country which is Turkey but these cars are just unreachable here. Even if you earn that money to buy these cars, it doesn't make any sense to spend that kind of money! So we satisfied ourself to watch videoes :) I hope this change(don't think so) or i will leave my beautiful country. OFC not for only car prices!

My concern with the BMW i8 - as the production ceases and spare parts are required - they'll either be unavailable or very expensive.

@@Darkest_matter The r33 is great but has a bunch of disadvantages mostly it is scarce depending on where you live.
And I think a getting gtr with such a tight budget seems a bit overkill.
Maybe it is not but I am not sure about the pricing and availability of parts.
Maybe going for a brand new c8 or Camaro would be great than going for c7 I know it's going out of budget a little bit but still worth to stretch your budget.
yeap, cheap luxury / sports cars maybe cheap, but its the maintenance and service costs, also parts for these car do not really last long and when you change one part you always have to change something else to go with it.

In congested Uk you’re better buying a used Up! GTi and being able to drive it hard whenever you want. Plus how much can you lose compared to these supercars?

There are great cars around and under 15k too that got greatly depreciated, cool video but these cars' maintenance costs were also made to suit people with deep pockets.
What are great cars under £15k? not surprised there'll be bargains about
Vette c6, vette c5 are fast and c6 is possible for 15k with ls2, 4,5 s to 100km/h and 302 km /h top speed from just 404 hp! For around 23k usd you can find Porsche carrera 2s with 355 hp 4,8 s to 100 and 293 km top speed, it's just amazing.

I was lucky enough to afford a car in this price range and would highly recommend a Jaguar F-Type R.
Don't think it's regarded as a supercar, but it's about as theatrical and fun as it gets, and the engine is apparently bullet-proof.
I love mine to bits and honestly wouldn't trade it for any of the cars in this video.
