So glad to have found you Melissa ❤ Really enjoy these types of podcasts...i have just made an all over cable cardigan with a saddle shoulder. I made a traditional Gansey sweater years ago so it was nice to revisit this style. I see another Gansey in my near future. I really enjoy your format although I am much older than you ,it is nice to see younger ladies who are excited about knitting. Going to spend my day watching your podcasts and getting more ideas, THANK YOU. 🇨🇦🥰Sharon.
I would love a comparison video of all of Petite knit’s basic sweaters. Some look so similar to each other, for example the Wednesday and Chestnut sweaters, is the only difference the year weight?
I like your topic, thank you for the video. It would help me more if you could keep the pattern you are talking about up on the screen while you discuss it. I’ve had trouble telling apart the subtle differences in some patterns, so thanks again.
Women absolutely should wear saddle shoulder sweaters! Emphasis on shoulders balances the hips and can provide an hourglass shape which is what many women desire
I really like these pattern comparison videos. One on my to knit list is Saglan by Ailbíona McLochlainn, a hybrid saddle shoulder and raglan. It looks very customizable.
Ok, WOW! Thank you for the Saglan recommendation. I just went down an amazing rabbit hole and am adding it to my to-knit list as well. Thanks so much for watching!
I have knit up the Lakes pullover last January and it became my daily sweater in winter and fall, so I can only recommend :). No experience with the others.
I knew I was forgetting to add something the description box! Haha I am wearing the Biella Sweater, a pattern from The Knit Purl Girl, modified with a low/mini mock neck. Thanks so much for watching!

Maybe spot the difference with the Maybury Cardigan by Ami Lowden?
Great video! I love your comparison videos. What pattern sweater are you wearing in the video?
