Meri beti ko humerus fracture hua tha uski surgery karni padi aur usko plates ane screws bithaye hai. Surgery ke bad turant hand ki movements karni thi aissa uske paper me likha tha vo paper hame discharge ke din diya aur bataya bhi nahi ke movements karni hai 2 weak uska hath straight hi raha abhi uski physiotherapy chal rahi hai 6 week se but uski range of motion 65 to 69 degree tak hi ayi hai . App muje please suggest karo ke muje kya karna chahiye Ager app bolo to me uske sab reports aur x-rays apko bhej sakti hu .please reply as soon as possible

Sir my daughter 2 years old kid one year before had elbow supracondylar fractures. Now one year completed but she is hand not to be normal position. Her hand is little bent. So i was consult with ortho dr he said after 16 yrs need to be one more operation for bring back her hand normal position. I am always worried about her hand. So pls what is your suggestion sir.

Before 3 months my elbow was Dislocated..... After Physiotherapy and many Exercises i got rid of stiffness... But still i was suffering with little pain and pronation. Could you plz tell me still it takes how many days to get full rotation of my Palm.

@@ashutoshsharma-pi6uv Yeah, I'm at 7 weeks post surgery, (same diagnosis) but I only have 60 degrees ROM. Getting a bit worried.
I think stretching with the help of ultrasound heating could be a way to go, but you would have to find someone who does that.

@@sumanth94 Doing well thx! I'm lacking only 5-10 degrees of extension, but flexion is back to normal.
I highly recommend seeing a physical therapist, as they put more pressure on things than I would dare do myself. I've been doing that once a week since week 5, and maybe 1-2 hours of exercises and stretches per day also.
