@@nigeh5326 yes your right 78/79 was a goodt season but ended in disappointment too many games in a short space of time thanks to a bad winter, Ipswich knocked us out the semi final were a top side but in 82 fa cup semi final we lost to QPR a good third division team and we had 3 goals ruled out for offside at least 2 were debatable..
This ALBION team should have won the cup this season
We should have win either the FA cup or the League in 78/79. The bad weather in January screwed it up they lost the spark somehow 😔
