    Caffeine beyond 20 mg raises cortisol and blood sugars. 1/2 a cup of coffee! Kind of interesting. I loved your videos discussing coffee SPT.

    Had my cortisol measured at Canyon Ranch several years ago. Was off the charts!! Stress hasn’t lessened. Neither has my meditation. Exercise has lessened☹️. I can feel the cortisol soar. My blood test-can’t recall-measure of inflammation (was also way high) now is surprisingly normal (CR helped me ID foods, which I’ve now 98% eliminated) which caused inflammation.

    Thank you for this. I really just need to start the morning and evening routine I feel super unproductive and I'm not so good at time management...lol im a hot mess. Maybe it's the 2 sets of twins or maybe just good habits I've never created. Thank you for your vlogs.

    Pray for others asking nothing for yourself. Remember to Thank God and the people around you. (I don't want to make it appear if you have stress its your fault.) What I'm trying to say is slow down, be grateful, take a deep breath, smile for no reason. I hope this helps...

    I love this "floor and ceiling" concept! I tend to try to make routines then give up because I "fail" and beat myself up because I do not get it all done. I do not know why it never occurred to me to have some self compassion and define the basic "floor" routine before now for maintenance rather than expecting unrealistic daily perfection. I work, help take care of my parents and 5 pets, have a relationship I want to keep alive, etc, and "life happens". Thank you for this.

    What if your wntire life is insanely stressful due to chronic disease, poverty and fear of the future (sue to the first two items)?

    I have Addisons disease. I am participating in the 14 day challenge. Will the hydrocortisone that I take daily keep me from losing weight?
