@Calla Johnson I was as well, let's say 10 months ago. Didn't know if I was doing was the right thing: my bachelor, what if I would have studied a complete different subject? Why seems that others are so succesful but not me? So is that it, the 'adult' life? Find a job, and pay taxes? That doesn't sound interesting at all. I want to travel, I want to do things that enthusiasm me.
And so my brain started to find solutions, slowly. Now I am more motivated to finish what I started. I approached one problem at the time, and you will see, life will become better, it won't be quick nor easy, but be faithful and don't lose yourself :) we will find the right path

"Don't try to hard to help people who are negative." -The 67 year old woman
(This hit me really hard. I tend to focus so much on lifting others up, that I often times find myself sinking in their pit of negetivity. I needed to hear that.)
25yrs old and I met many of these ppl. I am extremely caring and put many in priority before myself. Unfortunately their sad, sad stories slowly but mentally kills me. I can only hold so much. Instead, care about those who you deem worthy to be your friend. The ones who really care about you and you care about them.
Here's my take
1. Confidence comes with experience
2. Follow your passion
3. Enjoy every day of your life
4. Never be late just thinking, just do it now..
5. respect, love and care.
I felt how the younger people's advice was based on future hopes and how to get better, while older people's advice was based more on regrets and how to not lose your precious time.

A lot of time I noticed that adults had to put their dreams aside for their children or to help their aging families. I'm kinda falling in that trap too and it gets harder to really be free.
True. The 45 yr old said the exact thing
As 40 years old - follow your dreams when it's still not too late. Don't rush into being responsible - take your time being young. Don't take too many commitments too fast. Enjoy life - it is a very short journey. Fall in love - at least once. Find Your passion or at least look for one. Enjoy small things. Fall in love with nature. Take care of your surroundings. Try to be positive - world is full of negativity. Don't destroy what other people create and care about.
As a 27yo I would say "explore new things, the world is very big and very diverse. There is so much to see, so much to do and so much to learn"

[warning this might be long] don't get too caught up in comparing yourself to others you might miss out on noticing your strengths and potential in the process, be kind to everyone around you even if they're mean you dont have to do mean things back to them, stand up for yourself; others and whats right, take the time to build strong relationships with the people around you(parents, siblings, friends, etc), its better to do at least something than nothing at all(this is to procrstinators which ik i can be sometimes too ;)), and the last thing I will write is its about the jorney not the destination(and the example I will pick for this one is: there was a validictorian speech I listened to here on yt and he was saying how he was happy to get the place but that feelin only last 14s and he thought "thats all?" in the process to get that he sacrificed so many hours on where he cn spend with people nd socializing studying and ended up missing out a lot on life.(Im not saying you should always pick socialiing over studying I think you should have a healthy balance and maybe consider doing a group study if you've never tried it out))
*One more hehe.. be kind to your parents they are also humans and they have their own stuggles. Help them out :)
Be kind to ur siblings, u dont need to fight all the time try and come to an agreement and find things you can do and enjoy together
These are my advices:
. People won't like you no matter how good your heart is unless you make them entertained by your personality or communication
. Choose people around you very very wisely , they will be responsible for your mental health , peace and fun, the essence of life would be dependent on them
. Some lessons are important to learn in life , understand when to stop being nice.
. Try to make yourself financially independent so that you can leave any toxic relationship no matter if it's your spouse, siblings , fake friends, gf or bf
. Have courageous enough to punch or slap right on the face who bullies you ( obviously if the situation is suitable)
. Money matters its a necessity but it doesn't provide you happiness , it's definitely makes your life easier
. Love your parents if there are loving , just because they give birth to you dose not give them a right to use this excuse for their emotionally abusive behaviour
. If you're telling the other person about something that hurted you , and the discussion suddenly turns into an argument that's narcissist behaviour, beware
. Every relationship either it's friendship, siblings , parents-child is two sided effort
. People should understand if a child is opening about something toxic about their parents it's not always child's fault , parents would try to cover up their faults by being fake nice to you in front of everyone ,
Tears are girl's weapon, beware
. Try not to kill your inner child , try to keep your child like innocence and curiosity
. If you're asking for love and affection you're not asking for more
.make music your friend , it calms you

im sorry it just had to be said
Nice
loser mindset
I was on the there are tw-
And he came and told me
@@berosar how is that a loser mindset you moron? Steve Jobs said the same, he wasn’t a loser.
The young girl that said “nothing is permanent, things can get better” made me 🥺🥺🥺
Also: nothing is permanent, things can get worse! It's good to remember that sometimes, too. We tend to take things for granted, don't we?
The essence of Buddhism. Just shows how universal that wisdom is
Right she was so young and so wise for her age
Yeah a 12 year old
".. and you can make it better!"
Profound!!!
My favorite was the guy who said to plan but keep room for change.
Guess I should save this video so whenever I felt so sad and low, I just need to play this video. Learning stuffs and lessons in life with people that is older than me makes sense at all time.
"yolo"
Omg that's so powerful I'm gonna cry
😂😂😂😂😂
I AM WEAK 🤣
Nevermind I just cried
SKSKSKSKKS
The thing is is that it’s true lol.
Everyone else: "live life without regrets, chase your dreams"
59 yr old: pay back credit card within 30 days
actually some of the best advice in the video
Don't spend what you don't have
I'm curious on why they all say the same thing.
@@benrex7775 Because they have nothing of substance to say, are full of regrets and fall back on the same cliche. "Follow your dreams" is not advice, HOW TO follow your dreams would be advice.
@@Baan616 That was also my first thought. Almost NPC-like. For young people it would be excusable. And a one or two older ones as well. But all of them?
*First five seconds in answer to the prompt.*
"I like them."
I almost cried.
67 year old lady said don't try too hard to help people that are negative, my absolute favorite one.. im 29 and didn't realize i needed to see this until i did
75 year old - experience everything
13 year old - don’t do drugs
Me: the older the wiser
proceeds to do drugs 💀
If u are old and haven't nothing more to do, drugs don't sound that bad
suhag Just don’t do bad drugs that will kill you quick lmao.
suhag drugs are fun man 😂
@Aderiler OK boomer
suhag dude. Quit it.
2:27 "don't listen to other people"
2:37 "always listen to people's advice"
2:46 "don't listen to any advice"
2:48 "listen"
mum hElP
lmao
Lmao
Is just an advice not the ultimate key to life lol everybody has different advice based on their perspective
lol
Listen to the other people's advice but decide on your own to follow or not.
I'm 18 : Just don't regret anything in life. Be fully conscious and experience everything to its fullest. You must not regret your death, just let it happen.
Everytime i need motivation in life, i might go to this video, pick random timeframe, and there's my quotes of the day
2:45 "Don't listen to any advice"
Well this video is useless.
Don't listen to her advice
😂
Well you're listening to her advice. So yea..
Video: Am I a joke to you
"Congratulations, you played yourself"
People ages: 5-15: random good advice
People ages:18-35: FoLlOw Ur dReAmS!!??
Well I guess they regret not doing what would’ve made them happiest in life
It's cool that the 27 year old said 'it's never too late to start something' and Vincent Van Gogh started painting at 27
“Follow your dreams, don’t be afraid, have fun ‘cause it’s short.”
“Confidence comes with experience” truth!
Nah
I'm confident and I'm 15 though 😂
@@AlyxAesthetics true if you're a leo confidence probably comes naturally
That's the truth im confident because i embarrassed myself bunch of times
Some people unfortunately get it through ignorance but yeah
My advice: “stop waiting for the right moment to truly live and be free, do it now, do it every single day, do it always.”
my crippling anxiety disorder is laughing at this :(
@@lolololololutrythcfy same 😂
Okay iam not doing my classes today
Your name is just a *m o o d*
What's your age
12 year old: nothing is permanent. Things get BETTER.
She literally gave me the advice I needed
“confidence comes with experience” wow! i’ll remember it
This didn't even motivate me to get out of my bed.
Vaibhav Khandve 🤣🤣🤣
Vaibhav Khandve the 13 year old kinda motivated me
You took the advide of don't go out so far in the ocean
Anime god the 9 year old got me in my feels
god niGod not really school gave me depression
Does nobody else love that last guy?
He says, "Do it all." Not just, "Do the things you like" or "Follow your dreams" but, do EVERYTHING. The good, the bad, the best AND the worst. "Experience everything." Wise words. Brave ones too.
This is the first comment i ever liked
I just regret for doing dumb things at the age of 14, it stays deep in my mind, i can regret it easily, i can harshly judge myself and get nothing good out of.
@@SHF40k well u need to control how ur mind is. stop taking that inner voice so seriously and learn to silence it. meditation my friend
Life is too short to do everything
Ellieways i legit thought he said DOODLE.
Idk why but I cried so much watching this. Feels like they're talking to me especially that 'hang in there, it gets better' part
26, almost 27
Love, patience, and hope will help you through the struggles in life. We all go through turmoil, but it is how we respond that determines the effect it will have.
