You needn't be concerned about salmonella in cookies baked in an oven, as the *INSTANT KILL temperature* for salmonella is 165°F. And since you're baking the cookies @ 350°F for 15-20 minutes - you're more than covered in the food safety department. Thanks for sharing these recipes.

How do you make this in bulk ??
Multiply the recipe to however many servings you'd need. If necessary, convert the measurements. The recipe as is make about 7 cookies.
