In this video I visited Kura Sushi restaurant, and I explained how to eat Sushi for free in Japan (Go to Eat promotion), and how it works.
I ate AI Maguro (AI chose the good Maguro), Chu-toro, Big scallop Sushi, Sweet Shrimp Sushi, Uni Sushi (Sea urchin) and etc,,,
Here is the information for Go to eat promotion of Kura Sushi.
1. This promotion is available if you make a reservation on the promotion website for 2 people or more. ***It is not available for 1 person ******
(For the transparency of the channel, this video is not sponsored by anyone, so I didn't get the point for this time. Hope one day I can be sponsored though😂 haha)
2. Before 3 pm, you will get 500 JPY points/person (Max 10 people)
After 3 pm , you will get 1000 JPY points/person (Max 10 people)
**You need to upload your receipt, Only 1 person who reserve the restaurant can get total points***
So technically, you can eat 100 JPY plate 10 Sushi, and can come back in next day, and again, again, again.
To be honest, it is not possible to do it everyday, but 無限くら: Limitless (Infinity) Sushi is the big trend words in Japan and I think it is really interesting, so I wanted to share with you. Please share the video if you find interesting as well😉

I miss Osaka and its food culture. Went there summer 2019 and had a lot of fun, especially in Shinsekai.

Same here. I regret watching this at 1am for that reason. There is no available sushi in my area at this hour. And as we all know... convenience store sushi in the US is questionable at best.

Cheers Rion. We had a similar promotion to this in UK over the summer to get people eating out again, to help restaurants increase business. On Mondays to Wednesdays you could get up to £10 (about 1300 yen) per person off the price of your meal. It was simpler than the Japan scheme, you didn't need to book on a website or use an app. It was very popular, perhaps even a little too successful because it's been shown to have been responsible for covid infection rates rising again!

Wow, this is the first time I've seen Kura Sushi in Japan. They have quite a few locations in the US and are very popular where I live. It's much more expensive here at $2.65 USD (¥276) per plate. I will have to visit one in Japan once things settle down. Thank you very much for sharing!

I didn't know there is a Kura Sushi in Shinsekai. When I was in Osaka 3 years ago, my hostel is 3 minutes walk from Shinsekai. I ate at Kura Sushi near Osaka station.

I think the Kura near me is open, but there's no inside dining in my part of California right now, so it doesn't make sense to go there if I can't get stuff off the conveyor. Plus, it's expensive here, almost $3 per plate!
