      I love eating at conveyor sushi, I typically eat about 8-12 plates. But, more towards 20 when I am hungry and eating with good company. 😊❤🍣

    17 dollars of sushi, "that's expensive!"
    That's one special sushi roll in the US, or like 6 pieces of salmon 🍣

      That's consider cheap for the choices & selections. Going to the cheapest chain here would cost about SGD50 for the same plates of the lowest prices.

    • @nekoali2
      @nekoali2 2 роки тому +4

      Quite cheap. There is a Kuro restaurant about an hour from where I live in the US that I like to go to. The price there is $2.60 per plate. I can only wish that I could fill up for only $17.

      I laughed when he said that it was expensive. I spent £30 the last time I went here in the UK and didn't get even half what he did :(

    I appreciate that you show the whole details from ordering to paying to cashier and that is very helpful . Sometimes buying or eating in a restaurant in other countries can be very intimidating ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Amaebi is expensive in the US because most shrimp coming into the country is frozen or pre-processed due to the way they're caught. Very few people catch live shrimp and keep them live going to market, so the few that do have to charge high prices.

      They have this restaurant here in the U.S ‘Kura’ and each sushi plate is a certain price I think $2.00, but in the U.S they don’t have nearly as much options as in Japan. They have way more rolls than actual nigiri sushi.

    There are so many things I like about your videos Rion. First of all your lovely personality but also all the places you've shown us, the price of things, cost of travel, accommodation and the names of food and dishes. This will make my next trip to Japan (hopefully in the not too distant future) so much easier.

    Watching this at past 10 in the evening is a bad idea… Now, I’m hungry 😂 and I really think that sushi in Japan is cheaper than eating it in other countries. I remembered when my friends and I tried a conveyor sushi restaurant here in PH several years ago, we find it very expensive because per plate is 350 PHP (around 700 JPY) for their regular dish. That’s why we didn’t come back anymore 😂 Definitely I will savour those sushi and sashimi when I visit Japan again * whispers * I cannot wait for that day to come 😆
    As always, thank you so much for your hard work Rion! Even you didn’t become a “sushi monster” at least you still enjoyed every bite of it 👍Take care always and God bless! Gao! 🦁 😊

First day after the second dose I was chills then hot, chills then hot, and nauseous. But I feel really good now. I hope you can get the vaccine. My mom doesn't want it.

      That is the beauty of a conveyor sushi restaurant though. You can try so many different things, since you only get a few pieces each. Going to other sushi restaurants you have to buy it by the roll normally, and mostly only offer a few kinds of nigiri. That same price would have been only a couple of rolls.

When I moved to US I still go to Kura often but price is so expensive more than 3$ for one, so I really have to cut down the quantity LOL 😂
