Make no mistake, Group Home was made to be good because of Premier. Lyrically, they were amongst the weakest ever. What worked for them was their gritty tone, their two distinctly different & unique voices, and Primo’s beats that helped elevate them. That said, Livin Proof & Supa Star amongst my favorite all time hip hop joints. Primo is a GOD!

So funky and hard! Dap and Malachi were great together, the rhymes may have been simplistic, but their deliveries were on POINT and the chemistry was undeniable! Premier laced these two like no one else could! An instant classic!!!
