Can't say how much I loved that when he talked about other parts of the world...he found joy in them. He didn't just start putting everyone that's not him down !
HAHAHAHH I'm Irish and when I was doing a camp we were on the assault course and all the instructors were form Australia and they made us say 33 every time we clipped our harnesses on to a new part just to hear how we would say 3 LOL
Oh we do get bothered by stuff but we're just good at hiding it! ha ha To be honest that would have been me on the top deck looking for the hurricane. ;)
I commented here once how his skid with the bedroom scene growing up with 9 kids reminded me of our evenings in one room and the same bed growing up with 8 and he replied thanking me for letting him know how he was able to make me reminisce of my own grist childhood.... I would love to hang out with him and talk about the old wholesome days...
As a former Navy wife of 11 years, l lived in Scotland, Spain (where my son was born on the Navy Base ON Navy Day - so now he's a SeaBee because it's in his DNA!!!), and Sicily. I've got TONS of funny stories!!! 😂
The Naval base? We have several. If you mean the American one, that would be in Rota. There's a fantastic American steakhouse just around the corner from the base.
In Germany we have a reactionary word very similar to that British one. It's "tja" and "tja" basically is a German's reaction to mega storms hitting our coasts, Russia invading North Korea or no bread in the house.
Let's be honest... you would be hard pressed to find a German who didn't understand English. In my travels Every German I've met has spoken excellent English.
Fred, I agree with you in general about Brits on a cruise. But on our last cruise, about a quarter of the Brits we encountered seemed to be members of the Royal British Society of Complainers (they complained about EVERYTHING). However, even when in a snit, the Brits were understated and humorous.
I just watched the American Werewolf in London, the Piccadilly scene. Fred was right about the British. A cop shuts the door to the theater and yells, "I've got a monster in here!". Instead of running away, the British surround the building and go, "What?!".
Who is this guy ... very funny .... I haven't seen him anywhere ... I guess I need to spend less time watching NEXFLIX ... the world is passing me by ... FRED KIETT is a very funny guy without any grud .... !!!
This guy is more than a good comedian, he's a great entertainer!
He's a great repeater.

Scusi ?!
He is so funny and yet clean.

She showers regularly, I hear.
Good comedy doesn't have to be raunchy or vulgar. Look at I Love Lucy.
True indeed
@@Mario_1611
Scusi? But that "She" your referring to is actually a "He"... as in Fred Klett. And from whom did you hear about his shower routine? 🤣

Lots of them in Ireland: dirty trees 🏴
THIS is what comedy can be; opening our eyes to the world.

As a German, I can confirm that the German gut laugh is not even that far from the truth, at least sometimes. 😝 Still, that joke got me wheezing.
