This was a great review. The P & C was perfect. I don't drink coffee but the benefits of the mushrooms I will try. Thank you for your time in making this review.
You are so welcome! Glad it was helpful Just Checking!
I really appreciated this review. It answered the questions I had, and was able to be positive and let me know the bad parts too.
Happy to help Brad and glad I was able to answer all your questions!
Hey! I paused and read through the ingredients, I believe the back makes it look like more because its listing the ingredients that are used in the Masala Chai, since Masala Chai (Spiced Tea) is a black tea with its own spice blend mixed in. If you notice on the front of the container it has Masala Chai in big letters with the ingredients making it listed smaller below it. Hope that helps!
The Archsonist...appreciate you digging deeper into the ingredients!
I also noticed that.
The Roobios version is naturally decaffeinated
perfect review!!! i’m so glad i found this channel!!(:
Thanks for watching Cassandra!
You have a very trustable persona. Good review.
Cheers Jacob T!
👁️ just ordered my monthly subscription today for me and my wife.... Thanks for sharing, can't wait to try it! ☕💫💫
Awesome...let me know how it goes Smoove Y&I!
Love the content! Can’t wait to see the update video in 60 days
👊 🙌!!!
Great review. I've just ordered mine. Looking forward to trying this as I've been drinking 3-5 cups of coffee a day.
Thanks Terry, let me know what you think of it?
Wowwww! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 thank you for your review, I been thinking about buying and trying it out for a while now but just haven't 🤔 your video is bring it back for me! #GREATVIDEO
Natalie, thanks for watching!
I've been in the process of changing my diet for better and forever. It definitely has its challenges. Can't do dairy, choosing no gluten, etc. I drink 2 cups of coffee in the am, and have felt very dependent on it to start my day. Had just been on MUD / WTR site and before I hit that buy now button, decided to check out some info on it and read some reviews. Can't thank you enough for your insight, super helpful. Enjoyed your presentation and subscribed to your channel. Can't wait to see another video in the future on this product. Super excited to get my MUD WTR too!
Michelle...thanks for the sub! Glad I could help.
If you don’t have celiacs disease gluten if fine. In fact it’s the protein in wheat. You’re better off eating only the gluten.
First, id like to say. I LOVE your review on this product. I appreciate all the information you have given. I have been on the fence about buying this. I too, would like to stop drinking coffee as often as I do. I have a bad habit of depending on coffee to keep me focused through out the day and realized that I was getting headaches from not having coffee when I try to cut back. Eventually my body would feel very groggy and my energy levels would feel depleted. Your personal insight allowed me to take a leap of faith an invest into a new routine. I didn't eve notice they had a Night version as well. This is a huge plus seeing coffee deprives me of sleep and I can never get my sleeping routine on track since I depended on coffee so much! I honestly cannot wait to try this product out thanks to you!!
Destiny...thanks for watching and so happy I could help!
Great video!
Thanks x avier!
Waiting for my first order! Thanks for this
It is cheaper than spending $3,$4,$5 dollars at Starbucks for a cup of sugar! 😮
True Cyndy!
Thanks for the video 📸. I have try it.
Your welcome Tasha. Glad I could help!
Appreciate Knowledge and Video
M Alexander...my pleasure. Thanks for watching!
i’ve been curious about this product. thanks for the great review. hope to hear how you’ve liked if after 6 months. coffee is a hard one to give up. ☺️
Thanks Shelly!
After 1 year, are you still loving mud war, or have you found something else?
I'm brewing a coffee while watching this and waiting for my mud wtr to arrive
🤣
So glad you did this, thank you!
To see what others like yourself on the outside really think of the product. I'm couple mins into your video. I've been eating and drinking healthy for years. No GMO's. Consuming sea moss, elderberries, goji berries, bladderwrack etc. I know all the good stuff. But I've been hearing about this Mud Water for a while now and was thinking of trying it. As I hardly have coffee anymore but would still like a healthy substitute!
Thanks for checking out the video Friendy Frienderson. I hope it gave you some insight into whether or not to try MUD\wtr.
GMOs aren’t unhealthy… Just the opposite.
@@baddriversofthenorcalarea500 How wrong can you be??? GMO literally stands for genetically modified. Meaning it was made in a lab, not made in nature. That crap is NOT compatible with human health. Food has a frequency. Organic foods are between 50-160mhz & super foods from 160-210mhz. Nutri-medicinal superfoods such as sea moss are around 210-320mhz. And ultra processed GMO foods are the LOWEST around 0-5mhz! Basically made to poison us. As it can mess with your energy & vibration! ✌🏼 I hope you stop eating GMO. It will take years off your life. I put my life on that.
Great review sounds interesting 👍
Thanks ebayposhman. I actually recently posted a follow up review the other day if you want to check it out.

Great review. I decided to get the MUD/WRT monthly subscription, because I am also interested in seeing if I will have better focus and creativity. I had planned on adding collagen and oat milk like you. Many reviewers have complained of 'earthy' taste, but I think I would enjoy it.
Glad it was helpful! Let me know how it goes.
How's it going?
@@mymiracle79 I drink the mud every day now, with the occasional exception for a coffee treat on weekends. I left a comment on his followup video about mud. Even my husband drinks it now, and feels much better physically.
I weened my late partner from Starbucks Chai Latte at 5.47, 3x a day to Mud twice a day. He loved it, and the ritual of making it. I drop a teaspoonful in my morning Kachava shake
Nice. Yes, it takes a bit of discipline at first, but it's worth it! And it tastes pretty good too.
Your skin is showing, drinking good stuff 👌
Thanks KG!
One thing I have never experienced was a coffee rush, just the opposite.
No matter how much coffee I drink it makes me tired.
I have been doing self trials to determine if coffee has been the root cause of my GI issues since it has such an opposite effect on me compared to others.
Grounded...I hope you figure it out!
As a pot a day former coffee drinker…I am so happy with mud water and never going back to coffee!!!
I have to say...it's pretty darn good!
@@FitnessFinance4u great fair & balanced review!
I like it. I drink it every day. I work at Starbucks and sometimes I put a shot of espresso. I'm good for the day, and I don't drink more coffee so I can sleep at night. Thanks
👏🙌
Most underrated channel I’ve ever found
Andrew Radcliffe, you are too kind! 🙌👍
Great review!! I am considering trying this but I am still skeptical!! I’m more worried about the taste! Thanks again
Jim...thanks for watching. It tastes pretty good actually.
I never really did get strung out on coffee. I’ve been drinking Mud every morning…and the Mud REST at night. Finally! Found something that I love and loves me back
Jeanne, good on you for not ever drinking too much coffee. Not fun. Glad you found something that works for you!
Expecting my starter kit in 6 days!!
Nice D and H. Let me know how it goes?
Imma try this
Let me know what you think?
Love it m sold , I wonder if I can get here in SA (Alberton)
Good question KG. Not sure?
Thanks 🌹 😊 for this review. Wanted more information on Mud. You came Up in the "Algorithms". It's been over a month for Me since my decision to give up coffee. Miss it so.🤪. But I needed to work on My sugar intake. That's a beast for me as well. 🤯. I have noticed a difference in my well-being. Drinking caffeinated green tea right now. But thinking about giving it up as well. I needed a substitute. Should have subscribed to "Mud" when it was a little cheaper. But based on Your "Vid" I may still give it a try. Drinking loads of herb teas. Thanks Again.👍.
Glad I could help Pamulah! Yes, sugar and caffeine are tough ones. I found that when I cut the caffeine out, my sugar impulses decreased. I also realized why I liked chocolate...because of the caffeine! But don't give up, you'll get there! Remember, you can also drink Swiss Water Processed Decaf Coffee!
I have been drinkig MUD water in the afternoons, instead of having a snack. Hubs was told to get off coffee, so I made it for him this morning. He was SKEPTICAL, but he liked it. The add'l beneficial nutrients are a HUGE added boost!
PS: I LOVE your review. New subscriber ;-)
Tina...yes, its great to get all those nutrients without any caffeine!
Thanks for the sub!
On cost - one thing to factor in could also be the cost of materials (coffee grinder, french press, whatever else you might use to prepare/brew your coffee) depreciated over a years’ worth of cups or so for starters, or for someone using something like a keurig.
Personally, I’m drinking a $14 bottle of cold brew concentrate with 8 servings atm, so it would save me money compared to that, or compared to buying all of the necessities to brew a fresh cup!
Thanks for the video - very thorough! Better than the other videos just complaining about the grainy texture.
Thanks Colin and a good point. I tried to keep the cost comparison pretty basic as there are all sorts of variables that could be applied (like what you wrote about). Thanks for watching!
Beautiful eyes - oh and the review was great too.
ha ha...cheers GLW
I’m very interested in this product. I really hope you’ll continue making videos on this product with 6mo. , 9 mo. 12mo. updates. I quit caffeine in 2018 after my brother previously had a heart attack , we both grew up drinking Coca- Cola as our main source of hydration. In my 20s I typically had a 5 cup / day coffee habit and was a smoker (1 1/2 packs per day) I’m now nicotine free and caffeine free (both cold turkey) I quit smoking at 31 and I’m now 46. Mud WTR Rest seems like a perfect product and I’m looking forward to giving it a try. :)
Thanks Lonegraywolf75. Great hearing your story as well. See my follow up video here ua-cam.com/video/0TbIJ7MMgtU/v-deo.html
Hey just be careful, mud water still has caffeine in it. Only 1/7 the amount in regular coffee but I thought it might be significant to mention in your situation. Wish you the best on your journey.
I just ordered Mud/Wtr before watching this and I’m excited to try it. I’ve got the same goal. You should review Naked Pea protein I use the vanilla flavor (not much vanilla taste 🤣) but I was on the hunt for a cleaner protein and I love it. The taste is quite… natural 😂 but it’s clean
Be great to hear what you think of it...and thanks for the Naked Pea Protein idea!
I need my cup of coffee in the morning and recently pulled the trigger on MUD/WTR to give it a go. I found that it is way too watery, so I've been adding MCT coconut creamer and a little cacao powder, which has helped a lot. I have seen several similar products on Amazon for way less money. I'm going to try one of these other products when my MUD/WTR runs out.
Ballistic BBQ...let me know if you find out any other ones that you like so I can give them a try. Cheers!
@@FitnessFinance4u Will do!
Don't mind me, just replying here to get notifications when you reply. I'd like to hear about other similar products you find as I'm starting to research this drink but the cost is my biggest hesitation about it.
Have you found anything yet that taste better?
@@thestreamreader It's not so much the taste but how watery it is and the muddy mess you are left to deal with in the bottom of the cup. Adding the MCT coconut creamer and cacao powder really helps, but I have concluded that this just isn't for me.
Very good breakdown. I like the way you explain things. I've been curious about this but I can't decide if it's for me. I'm a sipper so the settling thing might be an issue. I also drink a lot of coffee with no calories added and don't typically get the jitters. The coffee I buy is about $60 a month (with shipping) but it's way more than 30 servings (hubby drinks it too). I think one of the obstacles I see for me (aside from the settling) is the amount of coffee I drink. I drink coffee and water till mid-afternoon and then water and something else caffeine free (it varies)after that. I'm not sure if I could drop to 1-2 cups a day and then just water to make it affordable. I have learned to (sort of like) water but not that much. Still, I may try it for a while at some point. The one thing that confuses me is that everyone keeps saying it has a lot of nutrients but according to the nutrition info, it has a tiny bit of fiber/carbs/fats/protein, some sodium, potassium, and an even tinier bit of iron. It doesn't seem to have many more nutrients than coffee just different nutrients and less caffeine. Sorry for the long comment.
Thanks for sharing your experience!
I think you should try this mama!!
Coffee was causing autoimmune flare-ups for me. I'd kicked it cold turkey but realized waking up at 4 am for work I wasn't focused, had brain fog, and groggy in the mornings at work. I've just ordered MUD before watching your video and I cannot wait to try it for focus and wakefulness without the crash! Thanks, for the video.
Thanks for watching and I hope it works for you!
Hey dear! Any updates?
@richbabe7836 ,absolutely wonderful stuff! I've since ordered the #MudMatcha because the caffeine content is just a bit more. I have to wake up at 330am to get ready for work and the matcha just wakes me right up and though the caffeine is nothing like coffee, I have steady energy without any crash plus, absolutely no more brain fog! After turning 50 last year, my memory was starting to give me trouble. I've ordered the extra mushroom boost with this month's auto renew order with #MudMatcha! I love it! 5🌟s, sincerely. The price is on the higher side for Mud brand but better tasting, true results, and does what it says with no real coffee included like other brands such as RYZE. I don't like their taste. You don't reap the same benefits because they use real coffee. I'm hooked on MUDWTR-MATCHA & MUSHROOM BOOST! 🍄 🍄 🍄
Did you get my update?
How are you feeling now that 6 months hass passed? Thank you for the information on this product, btw.
Feeling good. I have gone back to drinking a bit of caffeinated coffee every once in a while, but mostly drinking decaf. I haven't used mudwater for the past few months. Trying to keep my budget in check!
Good review. I get my order of MUD today. Currently I’m trying its competitor Ryze, and have to say it’s pretty tasty. I was a pot a day kinda guy and trying to cut coffee out (mainly the caffeine).
You should do a comparison between MUD WTR and Ryze.
Sean, good idea. I’ll have to give Ruze a try.
Yeah but isn’t Ryze a healthier coffee option? Whereas Mud/wtr is a coffee Alternative.
Coffee is a wonderful drink and I have no desire to ever quit. There‘s a reason why it is number one. People love it.
Please come back with an update...😀😀
Ararespecies...I did. See my folllow up video here! ua-cam.com/video/0TbIJ7MMgtU/v-deo.html
I love this tea and I just add stevia, coconut milk, and a little extra organic cinnamon and organic cocoa (I like more, not necessary), just whisk it and enjoy!!! Healthy, healthy, healthy drink!!!
Catherine...that sounds pretty yummy!
I made some chai tea and waiting for my mud water to arrive 😊
nice...I hope you like it!
I know a 80 year old man who drives his sail boat, rides tractors, manages a couple rental houses. He had a construction crew when he was younger and had 20 cups a day, He's still in shape and healthy and working. I think it's all just lifestyle and food and reduced sugar.
Realism91, everybody reacts different to caffeine, that's for sure.
Hi Curt, I'm considering switching to Mud Water and was curious on your experience thus far? Are you still off of coffee, and was it worth it? Thank you!
Oliver...good question. Yes, I'm still off "regular" coffee, but I drink "decaf" coffee (Swiss Water Processed). It feels great to be away from the caffeine "addiction" feeling I was having, so yes it was worth it. I haven't bought any MUD\wtr for a while now, but I will probably be ordering some soon. It doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it though. A bag every few months is good for me. I like to switch things up to keep my taste buds interested. I hope that answered your question?
@@FitnessFinance4u Yes indeed! Thanks for the quick reply!
Coffee helps me it calms me down big time. I drank coffee at McDonald's when I worked there.
One of the few Justin Awesome Dragonslayer....i'm envious!
A good review. So, I bought into the mudwtr to replace my morning ritual of decaf coffee . I know decaf in the am? Well I am an athlete who now has AFIB. My cardiologist told me to quit stimulants. So the day after i quit regular coffee...no big deal really. So , now 3 yrs later I have noticed that the decaf just becomes another addiction, and I felt that my morning digestive did not coffee...you know what I mean. So in comes mudwtr and all is good in the am tummy department. i like this product and yes it is expensive...but I'm willing to keep the new habit going. If I don't overthink it, this product is great . I do miss the 3 cups of decaf just for the part of having more stuff to drink through the am...anyway. Cheers.
nycss1985 thanks! I also appreciate your story to get off caffeine. I have had somewhat of a similar experience. I’m a 2 MUD\WTR and 1 or 2 cup decaf drinker now. I did a 3 month follow up to this video if you want to see how I do things now ua-cam.com/video/JeSIIXu2dz8/v-deo.html
Great vids. As you age, you will find that caffeine really can affect your deep sleep over time. I gave it up hardcore and have not looked back on coffee.
Thanks 20thCenturyBoy. Awesome that you were able to give up coffee for good!
I recently purchased a bag of Ryze to see if I could benefit from some of the health claims. I would love to see a review comparing mudwater to Ryze.
A couple of other viewers have mentioned Ryze. I'll look into it. Thanks.
I’ve been generally caffeine free for several years now, and it makes such a big lifestyle difference in terms of your health.
This product seems like fancy glorified chai, which still has a bit of caffeine (unless it’s decaf) but no where near the amount of which is in coffee. Definitely a good option for getting off of coffee.
ThatCho...that's impressive. The first week has been the toughest of my "caffeine free" journey!
@@FitnessFinance4u I can only imagine. High amounts of caffeine was my trigger for migraines. If it weren't, I'd still be indulging! haha GOOD LUCK!
Then he started drinking two cups of mud wtr to get the caffeine.
I switched to a beet latte every morning but it didn't last , I did feel something with the increased Nitric Oxide .
I tried organo gold back in 2013 but the company seemed like a ponzi scheme .
Might have to try this one
TheBikemaster94, it's worth a try!
:whip comes fully charged. I used it for a month before charging it.
Cheers for the info
Mine doesn't stain my cups or clump at the bottom. It is however, a bit pricey😢 but I do like it.
Missy, sounds like you've figured out how to make the perfect blend!
As much as Ive not been drinking coffee for a few months now, and I’ve been drinking matcha as an alternative, nothing compares to coffee…in my experience haha
Stephen, i've heard a lot of good things about macha as it has less caffiene than coffee. However, you can get your coffee fix if you get some Swiss Water Processed Decaf. That's what I do.
I was wondering if the cup staining would also transfer to tooth staining. That was something I hoped to be leaving behind by switching from coffee.
Very good question. I'll have to see what my dentist says when I see him next month. But, I have been drinking decaf coffee, so that would probably contribute to any staining too. I guess brushing your teeth after having some MUD\wtr couldn't hurt.
I notice that you did a review on Four Sigmatic mushroom coffee about a year ago without a follow up (that I could find). Now that you did a review on Mud/WTR with a follow up just wondered if you could compare the two brands? Also, between the two different reviews did you go back to coffee? Was Four Sigmatic not maintainable long term?
Bellamore, they are not quite a fair comparison as Four Sigmatic has caffeine, and MUD\wtr is caffeine free. I think if I could find another caffeine free product to compare against MUD\wtr, that would be a better review. Also, so you know, yes I went back to drinking caffeinated coffee...but I limit myself to 2 cups a day and feel much better!
Oh, I didn't no mud had a caffeine free blend. When I got mine the booklet said it was about 1/7th the caffeine than coffee but it also says it under q & a's on the website. "A 6g serving of MUD in a 12 oz cup of water you will typically yield around 35mg of caffeine." The Rest blend is caffeine free.
KA'CHAVA also looks interesting
ivan...here's my video on Ka'Chava. ua-cam.com/video/h7vRVC7Ci-U/v-deo.html
Thanks for doing this video. It is even more expensive trying it in Canada. I am still not sure if i want to try it. But I believe it is tastier than mushroom coffee they sell here. I’m trying one and its a bit bitter. How was Mud Wtr tasting?
Thanks for watching. MUD\wtr tastes pretty good. I don't buy it anymore and just buy decaf coffee instead (it's much more affordable), but it's worth a try.
It's been almost a month since you posted this. I would like to know how your journey is going thus far
Alecia...so far, so good. I don't miss coffee right now, but I do notice myself drinking about 3 cups of MUD\WTR a day, which is the same amount of coffee I was drinking a day.
@@FitnessFinance4u thank you for letting me know. It seems like we're switching one addiction for another. In all hopes, it is a bit healthier.
i already make a chai at home, would like the mushrooms without the chai flavors
Which collagen brand is that?
It's collagen from a company called Transformation. I don't use it anymore and I don't know if it helped or not? Here's a link to it with it's new packaging. transformationprotein.com/products/age-defying-collagen-peptides
I would be interesting to hear your results after not drink coffee at all, since you did for 4 of the 5 days. No "caffeine head buzz" you mentioned was nice to hear. 3 cups of coffee a day is not bad in my opinion and I wouldn't call that an addiction. I drink about the same as you, but I do it mainly to wake up in the morning because I go to bed so late that I get very little sleep (not coffee related).
I like your review because most seem like they are "paid" reviews and I don't trust them because they just regurgitate the mud/wtr website's claims and then show no real evidence of performance.
Thanks Andrew. After the video I didn't drink coffee for 3 months. Here's my review on that ua-cam.com/video/0TbIJ7MMgtU/v-deo.html
I quit coffee a year ago Drs orders and switched to M/W. For me it was rough the first week.
The heck, 3 cups a day is addiction.
@@fireemblemaddict128 Depends on use. Plus I don't have to drink, I feel no need to drink lots of coffee, and the amount I drink varies from 0 to 1, to more depending on what's going on in life at the moment.
Family, work, getting up early to take kids to school, and staying up late, or being woken up all affect the amount of coffee needed.
I watched this while drinking my (second 😳) cup of coffee… Interesting product! Shame about the price 🤦🏻♂️
Ha ha...that's great Go and Love! I figure since they are a smaller company ,it's going to take some time before they can become more efficient with the manufacturing, process so they can bring down the price.
Has anyone tested the mud sugar?
I drank mud wtr with coconut milk and monk fruit sweetener. the coconut milk makes it 10x better
Xtreme Life&fitness...thanks for the tip!
I'm debating drinking mudwtr every other day to make it last longer. I'd still get the good stuff and lower my dependence on coffee. Thoughts??
@ibbluesgal1, I think that sounds like a good idea. The only way you'll find out is if you do it!
what is the collagen powder? Is that a Mud/wtr product?
It's from a company called Transformation. Here's a link to it and it's new packaging. transformationprotein.com/products/age-defying-collagen-peptides
Here's what I use now...ua-cam.com/video/heOhdr5Yygg/v-deo.html.
A wet magic eraser sponge can wipe away the stains really easily, I’ve found.
Ró McAuliffe...thanks for the tip. I love those eraser sponges!
I already have my Walmart mixer that is much better/cooler than the single use expensive wisker, and also doesn't leave sludge, and I dont see a taste advantage from expensive coffees over Walmart's great value ground coffee; so I'm hoping for a Walmart 'great value' for mud. I've already been putting tumeric, VCO and butter in my coffee; make a video showing a DIY mix and I'll give you a like.
Roger...sounds like you've got a good thing going there!
The only problem with comparing the price of 1 cup coffee to 1 cup Mud/Wtr is that my hubby needs/drinks 2-3 cups of coffee per day and I drink only need/want 1 cup Mud/Wtr, so I feel like pricing it per day is more accurate than pricing per cup cause most people consume way more cups of coffee than others do of Mud/Wtr per day. 🤷🏼♀️ (At least in my case it makes more sense. I understand that won't be the case for everyone, but he drinks is black and buys the high end stuff, grinds his own coffee, does pour overs, etc (ok technically I do it for him 🤣) sooo I guess I just feel like my morning drink, even though it can be more on the expensive side, it's still way cheaper per day than his morning coffee.)
Samantha...totally understand as everybody is different. My experience from going from coffee to MUD\Wtr was that I drank as much MUD\Wtr as I did coffee. Thus MUD\Wtr was way more expensive than even high end coffee for me.
There is a warning message on canister regarding chemicals including lead. What’s up with that
Interesting. I never noticed that Robert. 🤔
Hi. Hope all is well. What brand of Collagen is that?
It’s from a company called Transformation. They make protein powders, etc. I would recommend looking into another brand that is NSF Certified for Sport. A company called Thorne makes an NSF Certified For Sport product. Thorne is a good brand.
Thanks
legit i get the plain mushroom powder and add it to a protein shake before work outs and yeah it gives me a boost in like 15 minutes eyes wide open i drink my shake 45 minutes prior to the workout before the addition of the shroom powder I did notice a slight energy boost but with the powder it was way stronger in my mind clicking kind of awake feeling plus i switched coffee for a Matcha and yeah feeling loads better
sounds like you found something that works well for you!
Which mushroom powder
.?
Coffee is measured by 6 oz. (Cups) what is the mud water measured in 8 oz. Or 6 oz. 🤔🤔🤔
You'll need 1 tbsp of MUD\WTR and 6 fl. oz. of hot water.
The difference in the ingredients is the ones listed in bold are the active ingredients that give the awake effects. The ones under the nutrition facts that are extra are there for flavor but provide no benefits
Thanks for the insight Jesse!
I easily drink a 12 cup pot everyday. I also drink 80 oz of water and 2 to 3 glasses of tea.
😮😮😮
The only time I had jitters was when I had 4 or 5 cups in a day I never drink more than 2 now jitters isn't a problem for me
Sounds like you found the right balance Mason. It will be interesting to see what you think of MUD\WTR.
Didn’t see an update yet.

I’d love to hear if you went back to coffee or are doing a combo of both or are drinking purely mudwater
Ivonne...I started drinking decaf coffee after I stopped MUD\WTR, and every once in a while I go back to "real" coffee, but in much more moderation.
@@FitnessFinance4u thank you. I’m going to try the mud water. And decaf coffee combo
Im not really one to fall for advertising schemes, but I see so many people split on it I want to at least try it out and see what it does instead of coffee.
Oh mman...I'm not sponsored and don't get anything from MUD\WTR, but I can sincerely say it's worth a try.
Do we can add that into coffee, is it safe ?
Mohamed, you want to use MUD\wtr instead of coffee to avoid caffeine. Putting it in your coffee would defeat the purpose.

I'm hoping to be able to wean myself off of caffeine with "mushroom coffee". I consume probably 1,000-1,200mg/day of caffeine
Anthony, it's tough at first, but it gets easier. Good luck!
Tbh I drink tea every once in a while but quitting caffeine, mainly coffee, has improved my life a lot. Especially the sleep Holy Shit
I can see that slowly happening. For the first time in about 2 years I went to bed at 9:30pm and woke up at 6:30 am. I slept like a rock and I'd like to think phasing out the caffeine had something to do with it!
I won’t pay more than a dollar for my morning beverage, but have been curious about mud water
MUD\WTR, unfortunately, is more than a $1 a cup.
You used to drink nescafe? 😱 why did you hate yourself? 😂 I’m glad you are changing those ways
Teo...I didn't drink Nescafe...I just used their frother.
And… if you’re still drinking MUD/WTR please let us know with an updated review. This is now 6 months old and I’m curious what you’re drinking
M3 Tactical Tech...I did a follow up review here ua-cam.com/video/0TbIJ7MMgtU/v-deo.html
@@FitnessFinance4u awesome I’ll watch it now. Sorry I didn’t see it, things get buried in our channels quickly 😆
For the price of that dehydrated mystery mushroom powder, they better make me hallucinate. Otherwise I’ll still to my morning brew which is probably .35/cup.
🤣
Update Curt? I just ordered Mud water THEN watched you.
Joyce...my update is that I switched back to "de-caf" coffee for a while as I thought MUD\wtr was a bit pricey. Now I am drinking two cups of "bulletproof" coffee in the morning (caffeinated coffee), which helps with my fasting. So I switched things up and feel like I'm in a good routine right now. Not sure if you know about "bulletproof coffee", but here's an article on it. www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/323253
any issues with staining your teeth?
Jaydon, I would say it's equal to what coffee does to your teeth.
I guess caffeine is bad for ur adrenal glands but I love it ..soo hopefully this works
I love it too and it wasn't easy!
that was a tablespoon and a half cuz
Vergaminas...I guess I need a lesson in measuring? 🤣
I need a do-over! You have to test it WITHOUT ADDING ANYTHING FIRST! LOL! You added to much to start. How does it taste with none of that stuff you added?
Reality TV, I just tried it with Oat Milk and then with Almond Milk. I did drink it straight and it wasn't bad. I could do it if i had to, but I always prefer a bit of something. Thanks for watching!
@@FitnessFinance4u - Ok. Good to know. I was wondering if it was good enough to use straight without any additional additives. Thanks!
I was going to order but it has salt in it.
It is hard to find drinks without just a little bit of salt in them.
@@FitnessFinance4u I ordered from a company called Rasa, they don't have any salt just mushroom powder. I am almost thinking this mushroom thing is a fad but I have seen some improvement in my memory. Thanks for responding.

It's only two more ingredients, different mushrooms
Cheers Gilad!
3 weeks after Kachava review you are switching to Mud, are you still on Kachava?
Ka'chava and MUD\WTR are two completely different products. Ka' chava is a meal replacement and MUD\WTR is an "alternative to drinking coffee". Still using both!
how str
strong is the cinnamon im that one weirdo that really hates it dont wanna get this and have it tastlike acupnof hotcinnamon thanks
Michael...I don't taste a lot of cinnamon, but then again, I could be biased as I like cinnamon and may not notice it. 🤷
