In this video we are giving a full review of The Mushroom Latte, by Everyday Dose. This is a mushroom based, coffee alternative for anyone looking to change up their morning routine. I definitely recommend giving this product a try! I've been drinking one every morning going on 4 Months now, and I've personally seen a huge increase in mental clarity, and activity levels during the day as well as a reduction in anxiety. I realize I'm only one person, but this product has had such a positive impact on my life that I wanted to share it with everyone. This is not a paid video, and Everyday Dose did not pay me to say anything good here - I'm providing my thoughts on a great product, and I hope you'll give it a try!

I guess they’re not giving that nice mug anymore I went to order and it doesn’t show the packaging you showed. It doesn’t show the mug. All you get is a spoon the drink some type of calendar and that’s about it.
Thanks for the product review as well as mentioning mental health. As a Licensed Therapist myself one thing I have seen for sure is the connection between our caffeine intake and un-needed extra anxiety (esp for those who are prone to higher levels of anxiety). Glad to hear that you switching off traditional coffee/caffeine has helped reduce your anxiety. Blessings!

Thank you for what you do as well, we don’t have enough focus on mental health, and anyone working in that space to bring people healing and hope is a beautiful thing. For me, it’s a multi-part approach that circles around routine and this product is a critical part of that. My girlfriend and I are absolutely addicted to everyday dose I'm a coffee guy myself since starting e.d.d I have seen a major difference and my girl absolutely loves the matcha tea and she hated normal matcha tea this is a product we believe in
I haven't tried the matcha yet, but I do have some of it to try - keep forgetting!! I just signed up for my Dose to be yearly subscription, which I'm sure helps them out with shipping and the bottom line. I love this group of people leading the company as well as the product, it's a win-win!

Thanks for the thorough review, I decided to try it and I'm liking it. I had a coffee addiction and I was getting jitters and energy crashes daily. I am definitely liking this so far, I definitely feel more energy and mental clarity so I think this is my new daily go to!

PS, not sure if that is your normal honey amount, or just the amount you captured on camera 7:58 , but that seems like a lot! Then again, if you're active all day, sugar is great :D

Great video, thank you! I have been a fan of Four Sigmatic mushroom coffee for almost two years. But decided to try Everyday Dose and Ryze Mushroom coffee. Everyday dose was very close to Four Sigmatic and in my opinion much much tastier than Ryze, which tasted like how a cardboard box smells. I still prefer Four Sigmatic over Everyday Dose. I need to compare price, but was shocked that Everyday Dose's directions only call for 2oz of water! I liked it best adding about 5.5oz which is the same amount I add to a packet of Four Sigmatic.
I’ve not heard of Four Sigmatic so I’ll check them out! I use about 5oz myself for Dose, little oat milk and honey, add some ice, it’s perfect for me. Thanks for checking out the video and for sharing your thoughts! 🍄💪🏻
@@TheToughGuysTV Yes! 5 oz is what I settled on this morning and I also put it in my HyperChiller with a little heavy cream and made it iced. so Yum!
This stuff is awesome Just tried it from a freind and I cant tell it has a tiny bit of caffinne BUT no noticable crash! Also have ADD and it helps with that too!

You have to try it! I love the taste, I think you can definitely mess with your own recipe though, even trying different milk has changed the flavor for me - it’s fun to experiment! Good luck and try it!!!
I tried MUD/WTR for almost 6 months and it was good. Nothing too crazy, just got a little bit more mental clarity and focus. I saw this product a week ago and I ordered it, I can't wait to get into it.

How did you get the cup and the container to put the dose powder in?

Can tou make ot hot for like hot coffee or does it need to stay cold?
I make it both ways, depending on how I feel - I prefer iced coffee, so I like it cold. But I also like it hot - I haven’t had issues with it prepared with way. 👍🏻
When you pour the water is it hot? it looked cold.
Yes I use hot water for sure, but I’ve also used cold. It doesn’t work as well with cold but still works, just seems to dissolve less quickly.
You mentioned anxiety, but then didn’t say whether it helps with anxiety. I would love to know if this gradually helps to decrease anxiety?
It has helped me, but I would say it helps as a part of a bigger picture. It’s less caffeine for starters, than regular coffee, so that’s definitely a good thing. I’ve been drinking this going on 3 yrs, and I can for sure say my life is less anxious overall, but over that time span I have also learned to meditate, I eat better, I exercise more regularly, etc - all of those things contribute. In the video I talk about this helping me with a routine, and the routine being the catalyst to feeling better - so that would be my advice, make this a tool in the toolbag, it’s one part of a bigger solution. I drink Ryze waitiny for Dose will try it and if I font like it will ho back yo Ryze. Ingredients are different.

Can you describe the taste?
To me tastes like coffee, after this much time anyways, no difference to coffee for me. I still use oat milk or sometimes just half and half, with honey. It’s def different at first, but I really like it. It’s good iced as well.

If it's not 3rd party tested then you don't know for sure.
You’re right, I’m taking them for their word, and then assessing how I feel physically / mentally having used the product. It’s one persons point of view (as are all reviews of anything on UA-cam). I’ve not personally investigated if their claims are true, but I’m sure they’d be happy to back them up if needed for a new customer.

No I was not, and feel free to verify this with them. I still drink it daily, been about a year now. 🫡
Tried it for 21 days. Very nicely packaged. Tasted horrible. No detectable benefit. Sorry I wasted my time and money.
