    Hi Dr. Furlan! I truly enjoyed this video, as it provided some clarity on what I am experiencing. I will view your myofascial pain video for more specificity on addressing my symptoms. I also have diagnosed arthritis in various parts of my body, resulting in some chronic pain and some recurring pain. I see your video library is rather extensive; I will check them out and continue to look forward to your upcoming videos. Thank you for this service you are providing. It is beneficial and really enlightening! I appreciate you sharing your expertise!

    I'm only in my 30s and a car accident, followed by the pandemic, and a sedentary lifestyle has left me with ddd. Learning how to strengthen my muscles to help. Thank u for this video.

    I have had these pains for years. At one point lumbar surgery was suggested. However with the help of the many years of physio therapy and exercises I am feeling better. The calves are still a problem at times. Thank you Doctor Furlan.

    A very good evening from Barbados doctor. For years i’had back problems and meant types of treatments, only yesterday a new doctor told me I have this degenerative disk. just came across your channel and i’m Super excited. For many years I love to lay or even sleep in the second position, I will be trying some of your recommended exercises

    I did various physiotherapy over it but still nothing fruitful hs happened.

    Very helpful. Doctors do not help. Already I tried some of your exercises. Some are difficult as I couldn't get up from the floor easier. Thanks I really enjoy your teaching. I watched other videos but their exercises are impossible or too hard to do.

    thank you so good to watch and I am having pain' lower lumbar an. and and it is paining when I sleep my full back is parallel to the bed I am not able to sleep whenever I move sideways no problems in doing my day to day activities pl recommend the suitable exercises I am 60 years old

    Yesterday and today I did dr Furlan exercises for Sciatica and DDD, from which I have been suffering for years, and I was better this morning. Then the pain worsened during the day to the point of unbearableness. Maybe I exercised a little more- extension exercise in particular - I don't know if 8 exercises is the limit - but now I can't do anything because of terrible pain.

    Thank you for these Dr. Furlan. I have this L4-L5-S1 disc bulge/herniated disc. I had this disease since year 2011. I’m a regular gym goer but due to the pandemic and we’re on a hard lockdown, gyms are closed. My purpose of going to the gym is to see my physical therapist who helps me out with my exercises and do zumba dances so I could move and not to remain “stationary”, as they say. That’s why I find this episode of yours regarding lower back pain and disc herniation exercise so helpful. My question is should I do all the 3, 2, 3 methods? Of course I should follow all three positions that should be avoided. Should I do the all 3, 2 exercises on the daily basis for 4-6 weeks? I’m 64 yr old and just wondering if it is safe for my age to follow these. Thank you.

    Thanks Dr, mine is lower back pain (lubar disc thinning, I think), I cant sit for more than 30 minutes now. Bending forward is my worst activity. Will try these positions and exercises

    If I hv a hienated disc on L3/L4 , if I use a cold press , does it help to relieve my pinch nerve .
    Pls don’t ask me to ask my dr or physio because you are the best n the expert in this field !
    Just help by answering yes/no

      I hv been suffering from pain down my 2 legs BUT my back has no pain whatsoever.
      The orthopaedic dr just got the physio to let me do some exercises in the hope the the disc will move inside again .
      Apart from this I hv tried seeing a chiropractor as I do not want surgery.
      It’s not much of a help .
      I’m from Singapore 🇸🇬
      The last time I had the same issue was about 18 years ago . That time God healed me supernaturally!

    Thank you very much for this very helpful video clip Dr Furlan. I have a very painful lumbar back degenerate with 4 of my left side spinal bone bends so it's very painful when standing or sitting down for a long time and I been going through with it for a very long time it was when I was feeling like i was carrying a heavy stone on my back that i was asked to went for MRI then it was dictated so I have had an epidural injection then I am now on a very strong pain relief tablets which helps a bit with some exercises so I am able to move around. Thanks for sharing this video clips which I am going to try much appreciated.

    Thank you so much for this video. I can't believe how much it has helped my pain in just one day. I find the chair exercise helps the most. Although the back bends are very convenient to do throughout the day.
