In my opinion gun dealers are like car dealers, most of them are not interested in what you want they just want to sell what they got on the shelf. You just got to know what you really want or need before you enter the dealer.
Great advice. Wondered could you do a comprehensive vid on the types of shooting diciplines from sporting, ABT, DTL, Skeet etc there's vids out there but nothing from a beginners point if view.
I remember the day I bought my gun from you guys at ogc and again I traveled from Stourbridge and spent a lot of time traveling backwards and forwards down to see you all at ogc
m0cdl defo worth the drive down mate I had my lessons there as well when I first started shooting all the staff are very nice loads of guns to try out before you buy one
On a game shoot season before last, I shot with a guy who had bought a Browning... no suprise there!!.....from here, a B25 black duck model I remember him saying, he took it away shot dreadful with it and could not work out why. Went to his local gun shop and they confirmed the problem, it was a left handed version, he told me when he rang to complain they told him there was no such thing as a left handed gun? He sold it on and I can confirm that he was shooting like Digweed using a right handed Beretta DT10EELL.
Don't buy from gun shops? Seriously? I send a lot of my customers to places like West London Shooting School, A1 Shooting Ground, Atkin Grant And Lang, Holland & Holland and The Oxfordshire Shooting School for lessons and they are very grateful to me for that. Quite often they send people the other way, too. Gunshops and Shooting Schools need each other so to tell people not to buy from gun shops is, quite frankly, absurd.
To an extent. Shops and schools are biased and want to sell you what they can make most money on or have in stock. Definitely get an idea of what you like do your research.
Absolutely no individual person is allowed to buy guns in Taiwan ROC 🇹🇼! It’s the area where there’s the strictest restricted on gun & cartridges in the world! Many Taiwan’s people are eager to buy legal guns & cartridges privately, freely for shooting, hunting, pest control, self defense; but absolutely no way!
