Synodontis Multipunctatus (Cuckoo Catfish). Very interesting breeders. Goes well with shell dwellers. Please consider them.

In my opinion (as Joey would say), Stingray, Asian Arowana and Discus. Personally, I think Joey's at his prime with those 3 fish. Merch with "Absolutely Phenomenal." would be awesome!

for the next animal I would suggest an axolotl tank, you could get several different colours for the tank opposite where you are planning to move the electric eel, a suggestion for fish you could keep with the rays I would say some sort of gar or a fire eel
