If I see anything that needs to be addressed, I do it off camera. With thousands of fish coming and going daily, there is bound to be a bad tank or more. I usually make sure they know I’m coming so they can look their best. My job is to promote the hobby, not bash stores. I’ve been in the hobby too long to know a bit too much behind the scenes with importing to assume a skinny fish or dead fish is the stores fault.

The fish you did not recongnize around 8 mins are Jacundás (as we call here in Brazil), Crenicichla zebrina. I believe you call them zebra pike cichlid.

Their tank bottom flooring really sets off the tank actually, looks pretty cool. EDIT: referring to the black with white lines NOT white with black lines. Did one of those puffers need a tooth trim? his/her teeth looked hella long
Im sure the last tanm werent silver arowanas they were albino arowanas as the yellow colouring. The piraiba and tigirnus catfish stunning just got some myself 👍
