Mind choose thing which give higher output that feel good in the minimum effort by default within you , through evolution.
Formula - Action when = pleasures/effort. Answer Should be great.
Eg: suppose you have 2 choice either to sleep or study.
      Study = 10/1000. = 0.01
In your mind the pleasure(with in 10) of studing is wrongly calculated at the movement.
      And sleep = 100/1. = 100
What the joy in just sleeping in day and one day you will pass away , pleasure=100 is very holistic and absurd at that movement realise it reality
Studing pleasure should be calculated very consciously, and other thing keep in mind that
You have limited time and you can't miss the joy of studing for the righteousness
      ua-cam.com/video/4g7WYHffySU/v-deo.htmlsi=xKHoKhQzNL-h5NYF
      Other hand INTEREST
We say that I will do thing which I am interested in ,and will not prefer thing that I am not interested and I hate doing
Giving Importance to the INTEREST maybe very dangerous/ very hollow with in.
Choosing righteousness over Interest ,even if it you don't prefer doing it.
From where is your interest coming from ?
--its is not like you have chosen your interest, you are fallen on to it, just because you are born at particular place , you have experience a movement because of complete random event happen to you .
      For whom it is serving?
-- ask yourself who is asking for that thing , 'I'
Ahamkhar(ego) at the ahamkhar perspective ait will always do thing which give rise to it to become bigger Ahamkar, but in reality as you know we are not Ahamkar we are consiouness
, consiouness is every where and then if I say I am consiouness then your interest will be completed opposite,
It will be like : if I am cousiness then I am complete and their nothing to add in the life ,cos you are already fullness , then the only thing is to do is give to other and serve other to the universe through the (tool)body
,then you are more conscious on only doing thing that is right and needed.

In the same way that you have a reason (motivation) to drink water, you need to have a very clear reason for what you are gonna do, one that makes sense and makes you FEEL that you need to do it. Otherwise, its gonna be only some temporary excitement that is gonna end again and again.

I know this cliche, but try to enjoy the journey. Being in your first year, you’re probably taking a lot of gen eds right now, but try to find classes you enjoy. You can think of gen eds as the prep work or the tutorial for classes you’re actually passionate about that you’ll take in the future. Also make time for yourself. My biggest regret from my first year of college was failing to prioritize time for myself to recharge and engage in my hobbies

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO!!
i have so many ambitions and goals i want to achieve, but one thing that's literally stopping me right now is my lack of motivation aka procrastination. i dont care about failure, cause i know that i'll learn alongside the way, and i don't care if my ambitions are way too of high expectations for others, cause i know if i'm just patient, i'll achieve it in no time. i don't generally care about what others think of my ambitions and/or goals cause i think if you care WAYY too highly of what others think of you, in the end, you'll just become a human doll- always striving to be perfect, and letting others toy around with you.
but unfortunately, my lack of motivation makes it really hard for me to do stuff. i always procastinate on stuff. but this video's making me feel really motivated right now to get started on shit and stop dreaming of the ideal life i've always wanted and ACTUALLY get started on improving it. i'm on 4% battery though, but when i have full battery- i'll definitely start making my way to achieve my goals! (learning to draw, learning japanese, studying hard, etcetera).
once again, thank you so much for this video! and for the others who are also struggling the same thing as me: remember, you're not alone in this! i believe in you! 💪

I am 32 years old man who is yet to reach anything meaningful in life, except maybe having wife and one daughter that truly love me, despite no house, no car, barely savings, and bankrupt business, etc. Yes, There are also regrets that i thought i should simply did this, did that, in my 20-25 years old self. But life is life, you only stop living once you giving up. Remember, we did fail indeed, but the opportunity always coming twice, and it's a show of spirit to start everything all over again, a sign of maturity and willingness to embrace reality as it is. That's what my wife and I did, to keep walking towards our dreams, just maybe, it will work this time. Please be grateful for your life now, especially when you are still under 30, please work hard, and focus on your dreams. Stay safe. Thanks.

Awesome video. I also had lot of troubles to beat laziness, but last year started doing some dropshipping and it's paying off massively right now. At the beginning it was tough but I found out that the difference between good and great dropshipper is having winner products (I use a lot of winnerzila since they are offering five premium products every single week. The best thing is that it's really affordable, especially their lifetime plan).

Hi atom. I just wanted to share to you my new way and I also learned from you too:
I 100% agree that in my case, it's more about fear. I badly wanted to become an animator. But I have a day job (was at an animation school but my step father passed away last year). Recently, I realize that it's not the fatigue that holds me back from practicing on drawing and animating. But rather, THE FEAR that it won't be worth it.
Because I would constantly search about the job market and the fear of AI taking over and whatnot, I tend to have that fear. But then I realized that MOST of my time is being spent researching and just amplifying my fear further hence making me hesitant.
Of course, it's good to have an overview of what the job market is for a bit. But living on the fear made me so hesitant hence making me lose my ambition as a result.
Now, I am slowly but surely getting back on track and I just wanna go "Screw it! AI or no AI, I will still practice drawing and animating! Besides, AI still needs human input".
P.S. either way, there's Devin that is threatening many programmers. Everyone is in that same shit hole of AI taking over their jobs so might as well just keep moving regardless. BESIDES, knowing that I created an artwork by my own is a good pride to take into.

@@marklighter3056 not sure what you mean. But I was formerly a computer science student and it just wouldn't stuck with me. So I dropped it in favor of art and animation as a whole (it seems as if everyone, especially my fellow men are antagonistic towards an art career). I only quit doing animation because my step father passed away.
What's the point of trying to study computer science if I just couldn't get myself into it no matter how hard I try to motivate myself?
