I saw that mag today for the first time--it looks like a viable option (poor-mans solution historically has been tape) and I'm going to get one. BTW, although Ruger now offers every conceivable 10/22 model from the takedown to the Tac AR-like models and everything in between, the basic original Ruger Walnut Stock 10/22 is still a must-have for the average American Firearms enthusiast (or for that matter anywhere in the World where Freedoms Mighty Bell Still Rings.

Wow thats pricey. It was $65 at Cabela's website on Dec 27 2012. Where are you getting yours? I dont think you can get them at Cabela's anymore.
