Thank You! This was exactly what I'm looking for. I have been using it mostly correct. Your video will hopefully remove all the little issues I've been having. I like to use the pinking blade to cut my quilt fabric. There is way less chance of large threads coming off.

Thank you, yet again, for another example of your clear focused directions. I was loading the pieces in the wrong order and the nut upside down! No wonder the blade wobbled when I cut fabric. sheesh.
I always get one as a bonus when I buy a pack of blades but never knew how to properly us it. I also dropped the nut and washer and didn't know how to put it back properly. Thanks for showing me I had it upside down. That explains a lot. lol
I was just outside cutting picture frames and I noticed there are all kinds of jigs and clamps to make sure there's a perfect cut. Hmmmmm, woodworkers may be onto something. I think we need something to keep rotary cutter and ruler straight without relying on eyeballing. In future I think at least I will be using those squeeze clamps on the table edge to keep my ruler from shifting. I am not as strong as I used to be.

I have found that The measurement is in the middle of the zigzag on Jelly rolls.But do what you want and make sure they are all the same. Keep that point in mind as you as sewing your1/4"

Love all your videos and helpful hints, i just got a new machine, ready to quilt my first quilt however i donot have a darning foot, can i use any foot if it has and open toe i do have an open toe for decrotive stitching.. just want to kfinish my first real quilt...

Do you know if there are lefthanded rotary cutters? I bought a rotary cutter and found it impossible to use. I use Right handed scissors comfortably. However, I've found that holding a rotary cutter lefthanded is more comfortable. Anyone know where I might find lefty rotary cutter? Happy Holidays!

I use pinking shears to ensure fabrics don't fray while I'm working with them.I LOVE my cutter, but this blade doesn't produce a pinking cut. It's a rounded shape, & doesn't prevent fraying, at all. I bought a six pack, before I realized they're useless for the advertised effect. Olfa & Fiskars are both guilty of this false advertising. I love sewing, but it's expensive & frustrating enough, without being duped into thinking a tool will make it less so.🤨

I have found them to be both the same to stop the fraying. :)
I found the same with fiskars. They call it pinking. But its not the same and looks nothing like the package. :( my material still frayed

why would you need an pinking or wave blade for???
It is used mostly for sewing, not quilting. It replaces the zigzag stitch :)
