This IS NOT Incident At Neshabur ... This is TREAT from the first album !!! and this is AN EXCELLENT performance by GREGG ROLIE !!!
yes it is..
Yes you got that right it is treat from the first album🎸
Treat. All the way
You're right... i was like "wait a minute... this is not supposed to be «Incident at Neshabur». I remember heard this song at «Live at Fillmore '68». However, this sounds fabulous and inspiring.
Word👍🏼
God l love the piano in this. Greg Rollie is awesome
pure jazz stuff
👏👏👏👏👏
@@awaken77 He makes it be Jazz. Carlos don't hurt the effort none but it's the piano that MAKES it Jazz.
Where, what album is this intro
@@patmccann1029 Santana: their debut album. The song is
called Treat.
The best Latin rock music ever played in this planet
I think Carlos Santana is still the best guitarist in the WHOLE WORLD!🎸🎸🎸🎼🎼🎼
Hello dear, it’s nice meeting you on here.
Best version .. period
Carlos Santa is still The Very Best in the World ******

Hi. thanks for being a great fan over the years.. you send a text through my hangout Gmail. I promise to give a response back. I guess it's a little way of showing my fans appreciation.. Carlos.santana1477@gmail.com
Carlos is very great. My avatar and screenname was still better.
This song is called Treat (Trato en Español) and it is Santana's first album....
This is Santana's "TREAT" off Santana's debut album ~ "SANTANA". Man, my first semester attending Pacoima Junior High School in Pacoima, CA began in September, 1969 and Santana's debut album was released at that time. When I listen to the opening chords of this track I wistfully think back to friends and the hallways of the school. It is such a bluesy and atmospheric instrumental! Us Chicanos at school were especially proud of Carlos Santana's accomplishments. Interestingly, Carlos was born in the town of Autlán De Navarro, Jalisco, Mexico and immigrated to the United States in the mid 1960's.
that boi "BOI"? Umm! Are you one of those demented transgender FRANKENSTEINS?
Trying to find this version for a playlist outside of UA-cam. This was not exactly the same version as the one from the debut album, i dont think, could be wrong. Any ideas, anyone?
@@robertsquaglia9318 Yes it is same tune as Treat but modified. They did that when playing live sometimes.
YES, THANK YOU. been looking for a this track. nice to get the actual track name!
When he immigrated is was not in 1955?
The amazing Greg Rolie at his best and surely Carlos is the greatest of all time, surpassing even jimi hendrix... I mean his longevity to treat his fans to the decades of sheer magic is colossal.. Abraxas brought me so much joy in my teen years..
There is NO "greatest" guitarist or musician... its not how they play that makes them great... its how their playing makes us feel. *bow* & *respect* to you @paulfalconer4988 -- if you play... continue to play on! :) Same... Abraxas had me go learn to pluck in my teens. LOL Peace!
I couldn't agree more @lilmobop, its an insult to all great guitar players across all genres my me to proclaim Carlos as the greatest. What I really meant in terms of longevity Carlos is simply amazing. The movie Woodstock was life changing for me in terms of my learning to play rhythm guitar as I was living in the Apartheid state of beautiful South Africa and it was really difficult during those dark days of sanctions to enjoy that fabulous era in rock history. Woodstock the movie changed all of that as I watched Woodstock, enthralled at the magic of Santana, CSN, Joe Cocker etc.I'm 67 years old now and still entertain family and friends with Evil Ways, Black Magic Woman, Guajira, Oye como va etc. My voice is going but heck my 'fans' still love it. Tks for the encouragement bro' and I hope you keep plucking and rocking too.Peace and happiness@@lilmobop
Santana’s music is timeless and endless, then and now.Another classic track!
Never gets old, and I still have the vinyl.....surreal and gorgeous......gregg is off the chain.......
Hello dear, it’s nice meeting you on here.
I must say this song appears on the first notes to have inspired Vangelis on some form to produce some tracks in the soundtrack for Blade Runner. There's definitely echoes of it.
This is gold. I've always loved the piano in this song. Awesomeness.
What album is the piano intro on?
And THIS is why I'm glad I came up when I did. 70s music
New footage and version for me
The 70's had the best music ever! So very glad I got to live it and experience it! Beautiful memories!!
we all know Carlos is magic. I noticed this - Carlos isn't up front center stage. good man
This heals any soul..Santana is amazing as always..so is the pianist!
Hello dear, it’s nice meeting you on here.
Masterpiece!!!!
Someone in 2021? Also this is not incident at neshabur, that’s from his 2nd albums Abraxas, this is treat from Santana 1st album, still both of those songs are amazing songs.
To those running this Santana channel need to be spoken to about who’s really listening to their discography cause this song is not incident at nesbaur but treat off the first Lp but aside from the misinformation this is a great upload to Santana fans cause this is one of about 4 songs played by the original line up on the German show the Beat-Club in 1970 incident was also played during their recording set
Love Santana, been to his concerts probably 20 times over every decade starting in 1980 never gets old, what a privelige
The original and best band. A treat. :-)
The drums the pianist all jamming with Catlos...nothing like it on earth
Oh, what a fantastic version... Santana is a part of my life. Amazing. No doubt.
OMG...only less than a minute in....Heaven! Definitely one of my favourite Santana clips. Thankyou Carlos
Hello dear, it’s nice meeting you on here.
@@Carlossantanamusicinc hello, who is this?
So beautiful.
Hello dear, it’s nice meeting you on here
out of this world
Love Carlos.
Undescribable.... blown away by sheer excellence 🎸🎶🎵💕❤
Best of the best. Sent from the heavens above he's an Angel. Love Carlos Santana💙
Lucifer was in charge of God’s worship. Santana constantly talks about witchcraft. I don't know if he came from above.
Santana abraxas is literally a demon/ fallen angel entity.

God Bless you Carlos, your Music, Gift to our Lives is such a Blessing, your so Loved!..
Hello dear, it’s nice meeting you on here.
Music that moves your soul. Been following you for decades. Love this timeless track
Treat from the first, post Woodstock release Santana album, is indeed the very first "Treat" to be savoured
I for one would LOVE to find this version on Spotify or Pandora or Apple Music! This (UA-cam) is the only place I have found it…
Yeah Carlos Santana his the real deal as THE MAN WITH HIS GUITAR 🎸!!!! And he can PLAY man he canPLAY!!!!
GRacias THanku you MAESTRO!!!!!!!@CARLOS SANTANA!!!! BENDiCIONES! 18_8/22
Graham Lear , i remember those days . I saw Santana 6 times in the 1980 -90's . All were great performances .
Mike Shrieve..not Graham Lear.
NESHABUR.....Top man Santana, informed enlightened man...🤎
Except this is not that song, it’s called Treat. Title of video is wrong.
That kid on the drums. Best drum Solo Ever! ..... Woodstock!
Keep going Santana!
Michael Shrieve.
That is none other than Mike Shrieve of course. He looks uncannily just like Graham Lear who would be Santana's drummer a bit later after Shrieve left. Both amazing drummers. But Shrieve had technique and animal ferocity as well.
@@jamesjameson4303 if shrieve continued with Santana I think he’d be put up there with John bonham and ginger baker the guy is just insane with the most incredible technique ever I absolutely adore the way he plays
Yeahhhh!
I love Santana music!!!!
Tremendo feeling Greg Rolie.
Happy Birthday my fellow

Gregg Rolie 😎

Treat. Awesome
It is a rendition of Christo Redentor, and one of the better ones out there!

GENIALIDAD¡¡¡¡¡
That song is called "Treat". Jazzy side of Santana
Yes, this is the tune "Treat" and not "Incident at Neshabur"
I have to say that was awesome 😎
tremendo registro grande Carlitos gigante Rollie
Beautiful
I love you santana

Excellent 🎹🎶🎵🎼🎸💗
Hello dear, it’s nice meeting you on here
Not dissimilar from the Soul Sacrifice they did at Woodstock. Starts slow, builds to a crescendo with Carlos just DESTROYING THE HOUSE, calms at the end. YUMMY!
I remember playing this watching a beautiful summer sunset, 1972...
Hello! Very Nice! Superb! Thank You!
A beautiful and blessed day! 🌹🌹🌹
The king 🤴🏼

Anyone who doesn't like this is tone deaf. It's a great song!
Is there a ultra high def on this?
