Ingredients:-
.150 gm Sabudana
3 boil potatoes
1/2 spoon rock salt
1/2 spoon black pepper crush
1 spoon chop green chilli
.100 gm peanut
chop coriander
1 green chilli for chutney
1 spoon oil
1spoon sesame seeds
3-4 curry leaves

Should definitely try this with cucumber dahi salad, something staple at my home. We Marathi people have different koshimbirs, which is salad but with dahi, it’s quite traditional recipe, to mix raw veggies with dahi.
As vada is fried, cucumber adds freshness to it, may add chillies, salt or any other spice if needed
