@@rahilasolkar7359 my guess is maybe there's slight moisture causing burst. I think it has to do with the green chillies that wasn't cut very fine n while making the balls it must be sticking on the borders of the balls.

Agar Vrat me khane hai to nahi. Agar bina vrat ke liye bana rahe ho to aapki marji hai ki besan daalna hai ya chawal ka aata dalna hai.

Coat some cornflour from outside bfr frying it helps
