I jjust heard dat yesterday our neighbour's son died in accident .. actually it was hit and run situation..and now m really thinking like what's happening these days everywhere I just hear of dying people , falling in sick etc etc..people's lives are slowly turning like ants life like how they die so unexpectedly and suddenly m really scared now.. seriously nothing in this world last forever..although we all gonna die anyways but still we fight with each other just for a small inch of land, badmouth others,keep chasing after money.but what we gonna take with us to heaven/hell is just our good deeds and bad deeds "the karma" ...but in this busy world we often forget to praise the Lord that we r alive just only because of him..

True! I sometimes look back and regret not doing stuff when I had the free time to do them, I feel so busy but then I realize.. THIS is freetime, the time I'm spending on my phone, staring at a screen, is my free time. We take our lives for granted, but opportunities only knock once.. and I never want to give up on my dreams. I just wanted to let you know that starving doesn’t work :( I have anorexia and I’ve lost a lot of weight because of starvation. Then i got put into a psych ward and they forced me to eat. I didn’t even eat much, just a bit more than I usually did, and I gained ALL the weight back that I’ve lost while starving for like 2 years. Like in a week. Now I’m trying to be kind with myself, and it really works. I am losing weight in a healthy way atm and it’s really the best thing ever. Please be kind to yourself
I read somewhere, “don’t lose weight because you hate your body, do it because you love your body and want to improve it”. If you feel insecure or just bad about your body tell yourself you are doing this for improvement and love, not hate. I hope you achieve your goals and become less insecure 💜

Don't let your dreams stay dreams, make them reality. You can do it! I trust u! To follow your dreams people may not accept you. Maybe your own family will not. But don't lose hope. I agree of course it isn't a simple thing, I have even experienced it, but always remember that the phase your facing right now is not a whole book it's just a chapter. It's alright to fail, but giving up is most certainly not. Trust me all those people who inspire you all those celebrities you don't know how hard it must've been for them to be what they are now. Love yourself, treat yourself, accept yourself. If people bully you reply back, be confident. Talk to the people who u love the most. I hope you all fulfill your dreams. Even if you hate yourself so bad, extremely bad still force yourself. Not everyone in the world is like that. In your life there will always be a special person with you. Such an inspirational video. We should never give up. Some days,months,years can be harder than others but we are always capable of change. And to be honest no one has anything figured out. I studied something that I don't even pursue anymore and to be honest I don't even like my current job. Keep fighting everyone and try to enjoy life, cause it is indeed, so short.
