Since forever, Darjeeling, in West Bengal, India has been on our ultimate bucket list. We had zero expectations before we arrived here, so these are our first, unscripted, genuine reactions of seeing this town in the middle of the tea plantations in the Himalayas.

I visited Darjeeling last year.and Sikkim this year.. when ever I miss mountain I go to either derjeeling or Sikkim..I am from West Bengal 🇮🇳... visit northeast India(Sikkim, Meghalaya etc) hidden gems of India..

If you guys are already amazed at how different Darjeeling feels from the conventional "India", then wait for Gangtok (capital of Sikkim). Also, do visit Ralang, Kartok and Rumtek monasteries in and around Gangtok. They are three different monasteries, among many, that'll blow your minds (in a non-violent way).
you feel so much peace watching these flags and the ambience.... I've been there 4 times... darjeeling is Nostalgic for me... I'm from kolkata.... thanks for showing so much love for India. stay blessed always and visit again and again...
please visit Northern Sikkim, it is heavenly beautiful.

I really loved the fact that you guys didn't add too much music and kept the original sound of nature there... It's enhance the whole experience by a lot. Last year I went there for the first time, and seriously I was mesmerized by that view and the whole vive!!!! It was seriously peaceful up there!!! So I'm glad that you guys kept that peaceful vive in your video!

Absolutely loving your travel series in Bengal. West Bengal indeed is mini India in India; you'll get high mountains to beaches to islands and everything. In darjeelimg, do visit the tiger hill view point, Batavia loop and if possible go for the ethereal hiking trip to Sandakphu, the highest point on plain land India (India excluding predominantly hilly states like UK, Kashmir etc) and quaint green hill resorts in Kurseong and Kalimpong. Then visit the green and clean terai regions of bengal and go for a animal safari in Dooars region coming down the south, visit the most important city of Bengals history Murshidadabad and Maldah for its architecture. Purulia on the west is known for its desert like terrain and gorges and tribal culture. Coming back at the south, visit the spiritual centre of Nabadwip and Sunderbams and quaint beaches like Mandarmani and take boat rides to offshore islands of bengal

Whislt in Darjeeling please try the breakfast at Keventer's. Keventer's is a renowed restaurant at Mall Road in Darjeeling. Personal recommendation:- Try the pork platter and the hot chocolate.

I heard that Keventers and Glenarys are bit overrated though. Not sure.

@@EternalBlaze10 I tried different types of cakes from their display and tandoori , sizzlers and some kind of fancy non alcoholic drink. They have a wide range of items in their menu, so depends on your choice

You can go to the Downhill and walk around the Himalayan beautiful woods, it's very near from Darjeeling. It's also renowned as the most haunted place in west bengal. That hill is amazing
