It is not the ideal time to visit kolkata as it gets very hot and humid in summers....Even we natives don't get out that much in Summers because of the heat....the weather is very pleasant during November and December is best for visiting kolkata...

You should visit kolkata during Durga Puja because the city looks more beautiful and more mesmerizing during the puja..also you should keep up with your bengali skills coz you speak it very well.. also I will suggest you to visit it one more time and enjoy only the food here because you know kolkata is the street food paradise in the whole of India
