Wow, that was absolutely wonderful! I always always always follow another yoga teacher. This time I decided to try someone else. And luckily I found you. And you are just what I need, not so much talking, and enough time in the position to allow me to stretch properly. And then also saying enough things, like don’t worry if your hands don’t get to your feet, orYou just need to feel the stretch. You never know what the viewer has to deal with; perhaps they are really old, or they only do yoga once in a while, or they have a bad knee injury. Everybody needs that type of support with this type of exercise. So many people think that you have to touch the floor or you have to put your head to your knee, and it can be really distressing for them if they hold that type of belief. So when you say you only need to feel the stretch, that is a really great help to every viewer I think.

It would be helpful if you included more hip flexor stretching in your morning yogas. I LOVE 10-15 morning yoga classes, but hip flexor stretching is a requirement for me with them. So far I haven’t seen any of your short morning yoga classes have hip flexor stretching ☹️

Is this for beginners? I have always had trouble crossing my legs 🦵 it doesn’t necessarily hurt but it’s the most uncomfortable felling ever. Any recommendations? Thats the reason I love your yoga so I can practice more the crossing legs ❤thanks and have a good day!
I'm not an expert, but I have been doing yoga for 15 years. This is a beginner video. I would recommend working on stretches for your hamstring, psoas, hip flexor, and just anything that works on internal rotation for your hips.

Lol! Awe! I have no advice for that unfortunately, get creative with modifications. If a pose is uncomfortable be sure to skip it.

OMG! My body is so stiff, it sounds like 4th of July. I can't sit and bend to the floor at all like Yoga Bird. My body still sits tall. I have much work to do. Not getting any younger.
