Fixing KTM Duke 390 Starting Problem

i seem to be having this issue on the Husqvarna Vitpilen 401 which is based on this platform. What am i supposed to look for using the screwdriver?

Hi I've just done a ktm Duke 125 2017 swap to 390 2017 throttle body fuel pump and ecu it idols fine until you twist the throttle then it dies?
