Paid $16k for my 2006 E55 but worth every penny if not more. Absolutely love it, and could not find another like it. Does need a few things but couldn't be happier
PS mine is the same color as yours. Love it

I just sold my 2001 S55 AMG 93K miles and 1999 SL500 AMG package 97K miles this weekend. I sold each for well under $10K. There's some great cars out there that you can get for a fraction of the MSRP and get so much bang for your buck

@SeamHead33 wow, sound alike some good deals. I agree these cars have so much value for what they cost as long as a little know how is around to keep them maintained :)

Curious to know, from ur experience on researching cars all the time, what would a 2007 clk63 w 194k go for? Headbolts and cooling system were already addressed. No ticking or anything crazy like that. Im the 3rd owner. The second owner bought it and passed away shortly after😔 natural causes at the hospital. Engine and trans are solid as hell. Zero issues. Just curious?🤔 black on black w alcantera. Push start. I have two sets of wheel. Oem gunmetal rims and blacked out oem rims. I also have tons of extra parts. 19’s, diff grill, diff set of HL, front and rear bumpers w sensors, ect.

@63nside Great question, I certainly don't consider myself an expert but from the sounds of it it is quite a clean car. Most CLK63s I see are low miles and command quite steep prices, usually well north of 20k. With your miles at 194k I would say 15-17k but that's just a guess. It's hard to tell with most cars currently for sale being such lower mileage. Looking at W211 E55s as an example there is a 30-40% price differential from 200k miles to 120K miles so if we applied that math to your CLK 63 then 23K for a 80k mile one would be roughly 16.1K @ 30% less for a 194K mile one. Hope that helps. Also worth mentioning that the main competition I would think when selling car would be a C63 so keep high mileage C63s in mind as well as a basis, I recently seen a 165K Mile C63 sold for 16.5K. If its from warm climate states like CA, TX or FL of course it would be a bit more. I also would advise selling it with OEM gunmetal rims installed over blacked out rims and then sell your spare parts on the used market as most of the time including them with a vehicle sale results in very little money being added on top for the buyer. Just my .02 and thanks for your comment!

@@BaldManMotors very true, i purchased it with the black rims and i sourced the oem gunmetal, instead. i was going to include the extra parts as leverage. I know ballers are gonna wanna low ball me so juat wanted that extra leverage haha the extra parts are easily another 3-4k. But okay ty for ur detailed response and for your time😎👍🏼

About a month ago I picked up a 2006 C55 AMG with 104k miles on it for $8,500. Unfortunately I didn't realize it had oil leaks until after I bought it... ...and took it to the track lol (probably the cause). I really need to learn how to fix stuff myself because it's costing thousands :(. Either way I think the car was a great deal being in excellent condition and in the rare mars red color :D.

Yeah DIY repairs certainly save me a lot of money. I have oil leaks on my 2005 C55 as well (Mainly front side of engine) and at some point I will be fixing them on the channel. How was it driving your C55 on track?

@@BaldManMotors It was a lotta fun! It was a short/tight cornered track though (this car is definitely better in a straight line lol). However I think I pushed the engine too hard because it sprung oil leaks, a coolant leak, and overflowed the power steering fluid.

Wow lol, it sounds like it just straight up threw a fit. I guess you gave it a stress test, you fix those leaks and you should be good to go for awhile I would think!
