"Self confidence is the process of keeping promises you make to yourself" Love that !
He has a captivating voice! So full and rich.
I stepped out of comfort zone and started this channel around personal finance. But since the past few days I’ve been drowning with work and just can’t seem to find the motivation to get out of this rut, even with the help of weekends. But I will create something phenomenal soon ❤️
Yes u will
Godspeed brother! Goodluck 🙌

Dream, visualize, set goals, get to work!
Very eye opening and encouraging. Dare to dream, to follow our passions and give of ourself to others is the combination for a happy life inside and out. Thank you for opening up
Whaaaat, Jay Shetty interviewing Ed Mylett ? I did not expect this to actually become a reality ! Amazing ; yes ! Loved the question asked early on: "When you go through that first moment of your dream collapsing - your first dream dying - what does it take to dream a second time ?" and the answer that follows.
Gotta love Ed's grateful excitement & amazement in interviews when the other person asks a great question or shares a realization of theirs - really inspiring to see that attitude!
As well, coincidentally, I recently saw the interview with Jada Pinkett Smith again, and I have to say : it's such a blessing for Jay to flip roles to turn the spotlight on these inspiring people that are often the interviewers themselves and dive into their life experiences, challenges, perceptions, healing & expansive journeys ! Beautiful ! Thank you for sharing this with us, and thanks for creating On Purpose, Jay !
I have been following Ed and he is an inspiration and a true genuine person and deserves all the success he earned.
Wow! One of the best interviews I'm listening in the early morning
I didn't used to watch videos like this, but you guys have changed my mindset and life. Always grateful thanks
I'm so excited just from the beginning!!! I needed just this kind of purpose
Both of you is such generous, kind human beings ✨❤️I have to admit that what attracted me the most to this episode is the energy you both were sharing, the amount of respect you have for one another give the conversation a magical touch, Thank you from my heart ❤️❤️
This is one of the best interviews I've heard anywhere! The specific reason part brought me to tears
This is so true, I am so grateful to have found your podcasts and really enjoyed listening to this episode. Thank you for being so honest Ed!
I love the concept of one more, I use this often in my daily life too!
Aww this was soooo uplifting, loved hearing Ed talk about the unique skills we all have no matter what bags we're carrying, and that we're all special. Thank you Ed and Jay
Just started listening and all I can say is WOW.. two of my favs! ❤️

So amazing to see my 2 favorite gurus come together and I was definitely not disappointed! So empowering, inspiring and powerful! Thank you!
An inspiring duo...thank you for all that you both share endlessly. ONE MORE please!
I am the official bag lady 😂 What said about carrying your failures around and letting them weigh you down resonated deeply
OH MY GOD! I Love This! I actually needed this SO MUCH and honestly I am trying to express how much this episode has helped be but I am not sure if I can so I am not willing to risk saving the guilt of not having the words for later so I will just take it all in right now. I will be carrying along all the beautiful truths in this episode that resonates with me on my journey right from this very moment...THANK YOU just THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS! It came into a form of True Blessing to me!
Wow! That touched me deeper than I could imagine! Wow ❤️🙏
This is one of the best Jay's podcasts I have watched in awhile and i love all of them by the way 👍👍👍
Thank You Jay, I’m so grateful for what I’ve learn in this episode with your guess, amazing change my perspective of life. I’ll try to implement what I’ve learn to more quality life. Thanks for amazing inspirational episode
Wow this was SO good. Thanks so much for this powerful interview.
I love how Ed uses Tony Robins concept about the basic human needs. This conversation is full of jams, listened to it twice!
I absolutely LOVE this... I was about to give up on something.
Don't. Keep moving sis! 👏🏽✨ Idk you but I'm cheering for you :))
That’s so true about things happening for you not to you. When Ed says about how his alcoholic father taught him to be really aware and good at analysing people, that’s amazing to notice that and be that self aware. I can relate to having a difficult upbringing at times and because of the unpredictability of my parents at times, I learnt to also analyse people and when to recognise a person’s insecurities disguised in anger or sadness. I’m very intuitive because of that now. What a brilliant interview, so insightful and inspirational. 🙏🏽☺️🌈☀️✨💖 Xxx
Thank you for your work, you're really helping us change our lives in a big way.
Omgggg this episode was so so so meaningful and amazing I can't say thank you enough!! Ed is amazing and your questions were amazing!
One of the best spent hour! Exactly what i need to hear.Thank you!
A great fan of both of you! Need to build my mindset around "One More" as well. Been in a lot of mental stress and financial loss recently where negativity plays around with my mind to a point that I know for sure I need a CHANGE so I can move on.

“What is not started today is never finished tomorrow.” ...
“Do not follow where the path may lead. ...
“Start where you are. ...
“Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today
An Ultimate Gide to shape ourselfs to achieve our goals truly worth watching thanks Jay shetty 😍😍
This was beautiful
This is similar to some of the topics I talked about on my channel. Finding your true calling and purpose in life. Hope that one day I can help others just as you have helped many! Thanks Jay for the constant motivation!
So inspiring - one of the best as I had the a similar childhood, along with believe, very feisty, strength for others , caring for others & loving it but my aim is my own family (Cream rises to the top )
Love this guy & his interviews!!! I have learned so much from listening to him! #maxout
We all have a dream even if we haven’t realized it yet. It could be something as simple as raising a family, or it might be more extreme like winning an Olympic gold medal. No matter the dream, most people give up on their dream. I’m pleading with you not to be one of those people. You can achieve your dream when you understand why people give up in the first place.
The Best podcast of the channel
The point jay started to talk about how the averages X-Men batman are not trying to have what other superheroes have made me realise I have been going after a lot of things... I'm trying to become perfect in so many skills ..where if I just focus on my own capabilities and not compare myself with others I can be so much more ❤ jay always inspired me .. thanks you ❤
Hello sir ... I'm so excited n I love ur vedious ♥️♥️♥️

I would like to know more about your career with the young boys, I use to work with mentally and psychical. handicaped children for 6 years. So awarding.
These kinds of podcast is my favourite. I think Jay should also start doing podcast that are more than 2 hours like Joe rogen!
beautiful. and inspiring. picking up the last point, how would you imagine if all the superheros came together, how would they interact? if everyone lived in their superpower?
Hello sir, I am ur big fan ❣️❣️
Feel happy 😇😇
Finally!!!!!!!!
Never give up in life. 💪🏿 be consistent and try your level best and go by the most well known motivational stories of the best inventors. Like the founder of bulb 💡 that we use in our homes and the founder of kfc . They all have good stories with many ups and downs. Thanks 🙏🏾 Jay it was great listening to that conversation with Ed
Honestly I thought "gee great another typical motivational video by a life coach interviewing someone successful" 😒 But then I realized that I didn't intentionally click on this video it accidentally popped up so I must be meant to watch it.🤔 So I watched this video and must say thay this was a great interview. Very insightful and inspiring. I'm glad I watchef it rather than to click off to watch something less insightful. 😁
Ed : its all about one more
ME : one more video
You're the best
Best moments
Ed Mylet; our dreams don’t show up in the package we think they would show up in
people matter, things don’t
how to max out on life; do 1 more.
I have massive reasons which has caused me to create discipline around me.
Almost always, your reason will be your dreams or other people.
My favorite question to ask; what do they believe will make them very happy?
Jay asked; when do u feel closest to God? Ed; when I am making a difference in someone else’s life.
Love from keraLa
My two favourite people. Amazing podcast
One of my favourite Interviews on what matters in life - well done 👏👏
As much as I love these narratives I've heard them all before. Gurus are at every corner and most of them have their hand out. No doubt this guys a legend as well 😵

Its really hard to understand without subtitles.... Jay if u could plz upload another video with subtitles
“There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure.”
