The look that Halbrand gives Theo while on the horse. Could Theo eventually become one of the nazgul? More likely that he is King Theoden's ancestor. Perhaps Halbrand sees the leader in him and feels insecure.

We still have one more episode left to see if this dude is Sauron or not! Ill be the first one to take the L if it isnt so. But yes, check him out conveniently being injured and the only cure is “elf magic.” Then the next scene is him walking and can even ride a horse 🤷🏻♀️
