Looks great! I believe the Trident has one fuel injector, as opposed to three (Reducing power for A2 restrictions? I'm in the US so I'm only vaguely familiar with it.). They could have bumped up to the three injectors, making the bike more fun - I did a demo ride on it and was struck by how 'entry level' it felt, despite being a middle weight, or what we used to consider a middle weight to be. Regarding declining sales, at some point any product saturates its segment of potential buyers, hence the "New and Improved!" strategy that's been around forever.
I added some Rizoma race handlebars to my 660, and it makes for a whole new bike. I’m surprised they haven’t made a Triumph option to make it sportier.
@@WM84629 it’s not as simple, I took it to the dealership to get some work done and had them include that. I’m also not the most inclined mechanically and I don’t have a lot of tools. It was so worth it though.
Great bike. Headlight needs to be updated. Doesn't look premium. Also, makes one think, if it's priced this well now, they're probably going to be releasing a new model or style soon. Was VERY close to putting a deposit on the Tribute Edition, but ultimately realized a Street Triple is about $1,000 more (I found 2 new ones listed for $8,995) and wayyy more capability and premium
Looking for a commuter bike with a bit of fun thrown in, this ticks all the boxes. Owned a 675r in the past & too cramped. Love the colour scheme, just what the Trident needed. Will have to sort a test ride. Great short review 👍
One thing that peeved me was that the 2025 Tribute edition DOESNT come with the bluetooth turn by turn nav or music on the dash.

so you think it feels slow?

I’m looking to put lower bars on my Trident, are these a straight swap and do you have a link?

I had one and loved it....however, at 6ft 2" i found it really uncomfortable on anything other than short trips so unfortunately had to sell it :-(

Didnt the trident have crank problems?

Great short review 👍
It’s not selling so well because finance rates are hurting and people are skint.
Radiator cover needs to be white too… 👍
Beautiful styling for me
Looks good
I don’t like those tank pads
they copied the CB1000r
