@@theakiwar9118 There's time travel involved with that egg guardian. We know that time travel causes branching timelines in Zelda games, thanks to what happened after Ocarina of Time, so it's entirely plausible that this game is set in a timeline where they win.

Plot twist, the Hyrule Castle theme in BOTW is actually the little guardian cheering you on as you storm the castle

I'm hesitant to talk to you due to my copy not arriving until Tuesday, but against my better judgement.
I'd say the champions look pretty screwed from 0:55 to 1:05 and the shot at 0:59 literally shows Fireblight Ganon shooting a blast at Daruk. So unless you know something I don't then there it is.

If anything, seeing this trailer, I have even more respect for King Dorephan, and Sidon, for not having any true hatred towards Hylians, due to what happened to Mipha. If anything, I kind of thought that they, more than the rest of the Zoras, would have held a high level of disdain for Hylians due to what had happened.

You know what..the plot twist ending was cool. Yes it was unexpected and I really did enjoy the whole game especially the cutscenes but I do think if we got the true ending we would have really appreciated botw more. Knowing what the champions went through, feeling how zelda suffered I think we would have seen botw in a different light and a lot of ppl I think would have revisted the game or purchased if they didn't...either way still a good game
