    14:00 and on is absolute gold. The customer does NOT want to shop around endlessly. Unless you legitimately enjoy the haggling/negotiating process (there are some of you out there) most simply want to get the whole shopping experience over with, and not have to deal with yet another salesman and sales process. What they want is the confidence they have found the right product at a great price.

    Thank you so much for your video. We have been heavily training on objections. I have been selling cars 3 months now and the biggest thing I have trouble with is trying to get people inside the dealership. This gives me more confidence because I know exactly what to say now.

    I love dealing with car salesmen. Having read pretty much every book out there on sales techniques, especially in auto sales, I can often predict what their patter will be. When I tell the sales guy what he is going to say or do next, I get some interesting reactions. If a salesman starts trying to extract info. like whether you are visiting their dealership first or why you didn't buy somewhere else, you can just respond that you do not wish to share that information with them. I believe in the old golden rule so I always treat salesmen with respect and civility but I do not let them manipulate me. There are sharks out there and if you are a minnow then you don't stand a chance.

      +Gary Taylor How is someone supposed to sell you something that fits your needs/wants if you don't give them information? They aren't using NLP techniques to make you think you want something that you really don't. This guy is telling these sales people to love everyone and help them get what they want. You can be awesome at sales without being a "shark"

      +Gary Taylor sounds like your very confused and wasting peoples times by walking into somewhere and not allowing them to help by know what you want and what youre looking for

    Best thing I ever did to increase my sales was shave my head and build up my arms and chest muscles. Women spend more time feeling up my arms than talking about the vehicle they came to look at. And 99% of the time it always ends with a sale and usually a date

    I just wrecked a car salesman. Bought a 2018 Nissan Murano SV FWD for 27k out the door tax and dealer fees included with 0 down and no trades at 3.5% APR through my bank when the MSRP was 36k. I stopped at 8 dealers over 4 weeks search trying to negotiate and not including negotiating with 2 other salesmen from the same dealer.

      Saved by Grace what do you mean you just “wrecked a car salesman”? I’m not sure I understand the comment

    • @jerrylundegaard2592
      @jerrylundegaard2592 5 років тому

      You never "wreck a car salesman!" They sell for a living. They know all the tricks. One thing we can all be sure is no auto sales person will ever sell when he or she does not want to sell.
      A key sales tactic is to convince the buyer they got the bigly besets deal and "wrecked" the sales person.

      When they "cant sell" they "sell" themselves as a trainer (typically for far more than they ever made as a salesman). Sounds like an oxymoron from a moron.
