    I’ll keep asking every video I watch..
    If the assailant killed a cop and discarded his jacket to change his appearance?.. And the suspect discarded a jacket and tried to kill cops when he resisted arrest?.. Then why would I believe anything other than those 2 dudes were really the same dude?!.. lol.. Especially when he’s connected to every location in the crime by physical evidence on his person and multiple witnesses at each location?..
    I knew Lee was a cop killer when I learned he discarded his jacket!.. Dead giveaway, so my question is?… What’s your problem?.. And your guest, what’s his problem?.. lol..
    This has got to stop.. You’re defending a cop killer..

    "Oswald has never been convicted outright and I don't think he would have been..."
    Oswald owned the rifle.
    Oswald smuggled the rifle.
    Oswald's latent print was on the rifle.
    Oswald's prints were on the exact spots of the sniper nest they would be had he been firing from it.
    No bullets or fragments were ever found that didn't match to Oswald's rifle.
    Victims' reactions in Zapruder's film clearly demonstrate they are hit by the same bullet, and ergo, from behind.
    Victims' wounds demonstrably line up on a perfect trajectory, and track straight back to the sixth floor window.
    Bullet recovered from the stretcher was matched to Oswald's rifle.
    Nobody planting a bogus bullet at the hospital within one hour of the shooting could possibly have known a bullet needed planting at all or that he wasn't simply planting one bullet too many into evidence and blowing the whole plot.
    Connally's said the shots came from behind.
    Witnesses directly under the sixth floor window firmly said the shots all came from directly overhead.
    Autopsy shows the shots came from behind.
    Parkland doctors had no particular problem with the autopsy photos.
    A man was seen in the window who could very plausibly have been Oswald.
    No unidentified persons were ever caught inside the building.
    Oswald was the only employee inside the building during the assassination to immediately flee the plaza.
    Oswald took evasive action to get to his rooming house.
    Oswald was ID'd by nearly a dozen witnesses as the man they saw shoot Officer Tippit and flee.
    Bullets were matched to Oswald's revolver.
    Oswald was in possession of that revolver.
    Oswald was seen trying to hide from passing police.
    Oswald was seen trying to dodge more police by ducking into the theater.
    Oswald was caught red-handed trying to shoot a second cop.
    [He would have done 20 years for this crime alone.]
    Oswald fought like such a violent maniac 3 officers were injured just disarming him.
    Oswald observed to police, "Well, they say it only takes a minute to die" after asking about the penalty for cop-killing.
    Oswald lied to police, starting with about his whereabouts during the assassination.
    Oswald refused to cooperate with any investigator.
    Oswald refused help from the President of the Dallas Bar Association.
    Oswald acted so smug and placid he even convinced his own brother he was guilty.
    Oswald never tried to blow any conspiracy to anybody.
    Oswald just shrugged a hollow, unsurprised, rambling reply when asked point blank on live TV, "Did you shoot the President?"

      I would love to add that no one reported seeing another shooter with a pistol or rifle anywhere near Dealy Plaza. The most favorite location for a second shooter was behind the picket fence which was in plain view of railroad workers atop the triple overpass and the railroad yard, including a two story switch tower that was manned at the time.
      Even though many rushed the picket fence area on the grassy knoll, getting there in far less than a minute, all the police, deputies, citizens, and newsmen found was emptiness and three hobos in a rail car. No gun nor shooter was discovered.
      Yet there are many witnesses that saw a gunman in the sixth floor window actually shooting a rifle at JFK’s limo. As a juror, what would you put faith in more, sight or sound? The really only confusing details at Dealy Plaza was where did the gunshots came from based on sound. All the visual testimony places a gunman in the sixth floor window.

      @@RichardM333 a) What the hell are you talking about? What "witnesses were killed" after Oswald was shot? That "mysterious deaths list of witnesses" is an hilarious hoax started by a couple of grifting authors where everybody on it either had little or no connection to the case or else their causes of death were misreported to sound more "sinister."
      b) Hardly matters because all credible medical, ballistic, forensic, eyewitness and film evidence clearly demonstrates the shots all came from the sixth floor window, and from Oswald's rifle.
      c) You can't see the brake lights in Zapruder's film, both films show the limo slowing, not stopping, and what the hell is the point of screwing with either film and leaving them contradicting each other, thus confirming a conspiracy exists???
      d) Meaningless because in that echo chamber of a plaza people thought they heard shots coming from all over, but the best witnesses still demonstrate they all came from the sixth floor window.
      e) The words of Mrs. Clemons, and Lord knows she didn't even see the actual shooting, make it clear enough she saw at best a shooter and a bystander who was almost certainly Benavides of Cimino, and you failed to mention either that other witnesses much closer to Tippit than Clemons firmly said there was but one shooter and that nearly a dozen witnesses ID'd Oswald as the man they saw shoot Tippit and flee.
      Who the hell do you THINK gunned down a cop at that exact location and at that exact time? What the hell is the point of attacking a cop on a public street when Oswald is already being sought for Kennedy anyway and if anything goes wrong here, such as the cop simply outdrawing and capturing his attacker, they will just end up confirming a conspiracy exists?
      Why don't conspiracy theorists ever just stop and THINK...?

    Why would anyone believe you if you lie to about the evidence? The "magic" bullet was not pristine or undamaged. There is a dent near the nose, it is flattened on one side, it is slightly curved, and some of the lead core was squeezed out of the rear.

    • @philwright2480

      Still very little damage, nowhere consistent with a bullet hitting bones, and more fragments were in Connaly than there is missing from the bullet

      @matthewsmolinsky5605 Рік тому

      because all of the conspiracy theories need sleight of hand to work. The bullet, and how they show it, is a perfect symbol for their whole endeavor. House of cards.

    • @darrenmccarthy3346
      @darrenmccarthy3346 Рік тому +1

      First off, the so-called dent near the nose was caused by someone in the Warren Commission investigation scooping a piece of the bullet out in order to conduct spectrographic analysis on the metal composition of said bullet. This bullet was pre-fired in a tank of water in order to create the striations along its side, in order to make it look like it was fired from the Mannlicher-Carcano rifle. ALL test bullets subsequently fired into human cadaver wrist bones, through goats ribs, all showed way more deformity than CE399 did. This bullet also had no blood or human tissue on it as well, something you would expect to see if it had traversed through two men, creating 7 different wounds, breaking parts of a rib cage and human wrist bone ( btw, the densest bone in the human body ), and ultimately depositing itself in the left thigh of Gov. Connally ( allegedly ). Also, more metal remained in Governor Connally’s body than was missing from CE399. For anyone to actually believe that CE399 is a legitimate assassination bullet, you really need to seriously consider a brain transplant, you are so gullible.

    • @ronclark9724
      @ronclark9724 10 місяців тому

      Yet modern ballistic experts can shoot the same type of bullet with the same model rifle through ballistic certified dummies and get the same result. Golly, there are even amateurs shooting bullets through jugs of water that get the same results on UA-cam.
      Too many are convinced the bullet must go through bones to shatter it, but all that is required is a glancing blow. Going directly through bones will flatten the nose of a bullet, but not a glancing blow. With a glancing blow the bullet is flatten or distorted on one side; flattening of its nose is a less frequent result.
      We live in a world of shades of gray. Not everything crashes together directly with an inelastic collision, frequently elastic collisions occur.

    • @aaronz7056
      @aaronz7056 10 місяців тому

      @@philwright2480 Bullet is in a condition exactly consistent with going through Kennedy without hitting bone, slowing and tumbling on leaving him, then broadsiding its way through Connally's ribs, as medical and forensic evidence clearly demonstrate: badly crushed at the nose and flattened down one side.
