Mine kicks ass, love it. Got a 100w electric blanket to go for over 2hrs on an XC5.0 battery on the highest heat setting, couldn't believe it. When I get the HD12.0 I'll run the blanket on medium heat and see if I can get most of a night out of it. We'll without a doubt be able to use it for winter camping in the 4Runner.

Check your input voltage on your cpap. My dad loved camping, but his cpap made it difficult. We made the cord with some spare parts we had instead of buying, and on a small (group 27) marine battery, he could go 4 nights without recharging the battery.

Real talk though, if milwaukee and keurig teamed up, they could probably produce some quality machine to get you near instant boiling water on the jobsite, or on a camping trip. I wonder if Milwaukee has considered some sort of solar charger...

They want you to spend the $$$ on their MX version. At 175 watt output, you would need the equivalent of 10: 12AH batteries to power most power tools briefly. At $200 a battery, were close to the MX version. So at $2k, you can buy a really nice battery powered inverter. There’s always a trade off.

It says in the specs it only provide 175 watts. Which is not bad, and surprised it actually powered all the devices in the video opening.

As I mentioned, it was close. Once we added the TV and Switch to the studio equipment, the fan was pretty loud on the TOP-OFF. We were obviously stressing it. And as we added each thing to the power strip, it would cut power completely momentarily. Still really impressed.

The beginning of this video is cool because it makes sense - electronic devices don’t surge when they “start up”.
The rest of the video is laughable because most everyone knows when an electric MOTOR starts it draws a LOT of power. This is why when your air conditioner or central air kicks on the lights dim for a split second.
I’m buying one for my modem & router. It’s my understanding that even when the power goes out cable TV & internet feeds are still live, but without power for the modem (and WiFi router) it’s worthless.
Maybe I’m wrong about cable being live during a power outage (I never had the means to test it) but if I am, I’m sure I can find another use for this thing.

We use a Lumix GH5 for our studio shots. It can run on batteries, but we have a full rig setup that includes an AC (dummy) battery that keeps it plugged in so we don't have to use batteries and risk them running out. We also use a GH4, GH2 and a few GF cameras in the rest of our video production.
