I just wanted to write one of those classic, simple, desperate love songs that sound great in your car.”

I discovered The National around 2011 - Been to two shows, the one in Cincinnati.. im still recovering from how good it was!!!💃 They started with their song 'runaway', Matt came out pumping his fists together in time to the drums/base. Did I faint? No. But nearly lol😂 10 out of 10 stars. Highly recommended.

One of the best singalong tracks in INFJ eternity. Being old and manifestly unable to sing, Matt provides me with a karaoke heaven scenario where I don't sound completely and utterly tuneless (ok less completely and utterly tuneless)...but the point is...I can 'sing' along to this tune! Love it.
