These houses and videos just keep getting better and better!!! Every house has its own story!! Would love to see more houses around the central coast/Santa Barbara area, just the most pristine regions in Southern California!!
I watch Enes's house tours every Monday during my lunch hour. Each time it makes me want to ask for a raise so I can fantasize about buying one of these homes. 😆
You can always tell when Enes is excited about something. He can't get to the details he wants to show fast enough man, and the banter is easier and full of energy. Versus when he isnt all that jazzed, he just kind of points it out and moves on with "a bit of a thing and moving on..." haha. This is the best I've seen on the channel so far. Damn.
I’ve seen larger homes. Never have I seen a more refined, modern design. The realtor is also very natural, and sophisticated when necessary without being pretentious. Too often they can seem fake.
For $ 65 000 000 I expect a bigger garage to hold at least 6- 8 vehicles comfortably. The rest of the house is outstanding and amazing! I expect this house to sell in the $30-35 million range within 2 yrs. Huge inventory in LA right now. lots of rich and famous leaving California due to very high taxes.

I can't deny how I refer to this as my dream house now. Not that I need it to be this big and extravagant, but the kitchen and bathroom-I definitely want those. One of the most beautiful houses that you have shown is very very beautiful and of course the most beautiful way to explain you is that I am at home with you thank you and I wish you success 😘
Enes' tour is more like a proud builder or owner showing someone around (sprinkled with a lot of interesting details) vs a realtor trying to sell you the house and hyping up the property a bit too much.
Your ability to put together a chronological way of going through some of these immaculate homes that have an absolute labyrinth of rooms, walkways, and entry ways is nearly as impressive as this dream home which is honestly one of my top 10 you've done!Thoroughly enjoy your tours Enes and Mikey! 👐🏾 🍻
it has been a great come up for Enes. I remember watching my very first enes home tour. I was amazed and spent the rest of the week binge-watching his tours. All the way through quarantine, I'd eagerly wait for that Monday drop at 7PM(for my time zone).
Another incredible tour. I love the way you guys keep enhancing the production elements without compromising the feel of the videos. Really beautifully done.
Regarding the drone footage... How are drones allowed to film over such an exclusive area? I'm a drone operator and trying to do the same in another country (real estate videography) but most high-end residential neighborhoods won't allow drones for security & privacy reasons. How was this bypassed in Hollywood Hills? I'd appreciate some help here.
It's not about the space, it's not about the money, it's about desire. If you want something, there is someone or something that can make that for you, but you need to either be lucky or work incredibly hard. If you get lucky you won't appreciate your desire and will look for the next high, while if you desire something so bad that you can work for it day and night, years on end with no guarantee that you will get what you want, you will be satisfied wether you worked for a lifestyle feuturing a $65M mansion, a city on mars or just the best fish food ever cooked. It's not about what it's good for, it's not about how much it costs, it's about wether you want it bad enough to get it. The same applies to anything, sports champions don't usually get to the top for the money, they get to the top for the glory, fame, recognition and the lifestyle that the money can buy, sadly most of them lose that along the way and at the end of theyr career go back to being middle class because they lost focus. A house worth $65M may sound like a flex to you, and i'd agree, because it's not a necesity, it's not a need, therefore you and i would value the cost as lower than the reward. But someone else has different needs and wants, and woukd value the cost of the mansion as lower compared to the benefits. Asking "why do you need this much space" is like asking "why do you want that flavour of ice cream, even though it's way more expensive and less nutritious than an apple", they don't want the nutrition nor the efficiency, they want the taste. It's about satisfaction, and each and every one of us have a different dream lifestyle, with different costs attached. My choice lifestyle could be made possible by $50M, yours could be $250M. If you want it enough you'd realise that it would be worth it even if the price was higher because you want that lifestyle so bad you don't care about the cost, the desire provides enough motivation for actions, actions that make processes, processes that take time and bring results, results that get better over time and serve as feedback and more motivation, over time your desires will change, maybe you want more, maybe you realise you don't actually want what you thought and can be happy with less, but you still work towards building your dream no matter how much it costs. Life and time can't be bought, they are scarce, money is abundant, you can make more money, you can't get more time or a second life, if a $65M mansion makes you happy, then it's worth sacrificing some time for it, because you always sacrifice time, the question is what for? What is so important to you that you are willing to stray from the easy path and work hard to achieve, years on end, with no guarantee of success and so many bad days that the thought of quitting becomes your roomate? For me, living in the country i want to live in, in the house i want to live in, driving the car i want to drive, not having to work so i can spend my time however and with whoever i want, is more important to me than anything else, and i don't care if it costs 20M or 200M, money is just a number that helps you get there.
@@mihaiioc.3809 Lol, people who are willing to put that much work in to gaining something unnecessary, just because, are incredibly shallow, smooth apes. I'm not going to waste all of my time on earth working to get what I want. I'm getting what I want right now.
@@deepthought6808 I agree with your first statement, but it is not 'just because', it's much much more than a simple want. I'm happy for your satisfaction, but, consider this hypotethical question. What woukd you change if you earned 10 times as much money? First about your lifestyle, and only then mention charity. Now imagine you don't need to work 10 times as hard for that, but maybe twice as hard and a little smarter, sith a little bit more risk involved, is the change worth it? If the answer is no, then you'ev got your priorities in order, and you'll stop pursuing meaningless wants. If the answer is Yes, however, not foing it would feel painful, against your nature to settle. It's not about the house, it's about the feeling of acomplishment, the feeling of safety, the quiet days and the relaxation it can bring, and the thousands of small things that add up, the place where you and your family can relax, the comfort of not having to worry about not having enough space ever again. It's not about having more money than you need, it's about retiring long before your body is so old you can't enjoy the free time, and not wake up one day realising your sons and/or daughters are already 20 and you don't have any memories with them because you were working all this time. It's about remembering the exciting things thst you did at the end of your life, not about the exciting things you could've done but didn't, dying with regret instead of joy. It's not about the food, but the pleasure and satisfaction it brings you, as well as the satisfaction it brings you to savour it with your family. I'm happy for your satisfaction, but there are people that are not satisfied, and settling for what they have is more painful than working harder than everyone else.

This house is simply amazing. The attention to detail and the lighting is truly out of this world. I personally could not imagine living in such a massive home, but the ideas and features are awesome to say the least and truly inspiring. This type of living requires a completely different mindset but for me personally I would take the ideas shown here and scale them down and incorporate them into something smaller and more realistic. Great video though and loved how you truly showcased this homes design and features.

The person to buy this house might have a beautiful car collection so having a four garage is not suitable at all 😂😂
These houses and videos just keep getting better and better!!! Every house has its own story!! Would love to see more houses around the central coast/Santa Barbara area, just the most pristine regions in Southern California!!
thanks for the feedback! appreciate it!

one of the most beautiful houses they have ever shown, as always making the viewer feel inside the house, 👏👏👏👏👏
thank you! glad you like the house!

I watch Enes's house tours every Monday during my lunch hour. Each time it makes me want to ask for a raise so I can fantasize about buying one of these homes. 😆
haha glad you like our videos!
I think there's a reason why toilet paper is popular in white
Enes with Glasses is just a whole different vibe 😌
And the car intro on a whole new level!!!!!
thanks for the feedback!!
@@EnesYilmazer - Always Welcome!
This house is amazing, feels like a real home...I could definitely live here.
Watching from Jamaica 🇯🇲
glad you like the house! its a good one!
My boyfriend is getting jealous I'm spending all my Monday evenings with you guys (9.30PM in France!)...
haha thank you! glad you like our videos!

Damn.
haha nice! glad you like the house!

You would need to have 20 guests daily to not feel lonely in this house
Yes. Or to give an excuse for that many bathrooms
Huge inventory in LA right now. lots of rich and famous leaving California due to very high taxes.
fair enough. glad you like the house still!
The house takes up most of the 1/2 acre of land…Just walk to the next bus stop…since ur 65 million dollar house has no room for cars. 😜🤔🥴
God ... I love watching stuff that I cant afford!
Hi Enes,
Who composed the opening music, on this week's home ?
Thanks.
Please Enes help us :) great music (and of course great video as always!)
i got it so if you still want to know the song is calles Velo from Tomás Novoa
:)
@@ebbars_ thanks, i've found him on Spotify !
@@ebbars_ thank you so much lol ive been scrubbing through comments. I wish he'd list the names of the songs. i get theyre from epidemic sound but its almost impossible to find a specific song
I always watch these videos and think “omg what a nightmare to keep the place clean!!”
18,000 square feet - you hire someone to help clean and dust (as well as clean all of that glass).
Maybe ten persons or more clean this every days
Buy another house or have a cool garage door? Decisions, Decisions 🤔😂
LOL!
Finally a mansion with sophisticated toilet paper!
LOL! it was really cool!
When you have so much money, you buy black toilet paper to match your bathroom.
no, when you have that much money, it matches your soul
I'm remodeling my trailer to look just like this.
You could cantilever a double wide off of a cliff for a similar effect
Can we just take a second to appreciate all these amazing details...just stunning...love it ❤️
i know, right? the house is a good one!
When I pay $65.000.000 I don’t want to see cars driving by when I’m sitting at my formal dining table.
same, that's the reason i don't buy this house.

Did you guys get a new sound engineer to join you - the soundscape and sound editing on this new video is absolutely amazing - especially in the intro 🥰
no we didn't. but thanks for the feedback!
It gives me anxiety just thinking about how much planning this video needs in order to be executed so brilliantly. It's so thorough that we could totally say that Enes is the Doug DeMuro of properties.
Spent more time memorizing the layout than the actual video running time
I really love SAOTA, all their projects are amazing!

Look how cute Enes is in his glasses! 🤗
haha thank you so much!
If you work hard enough, your boss may be able to afford one of these ;)
My guy Jayson killing it with the editing.
I can't deny how I refer to this as my dream house now. Not that I need it to be this big and extravagant, but the kitchen and bathroom-I definitely want those. I have always adored marbles, and seeing that it is possible for them to be this beautiful is just breathtaking. Thanks, Yilmazer and the team!
I know I will never be able to buy any of those mansions but all I know is that I love watching Enes videos 🥰👍🏼

All the way through quarantine, I'd eagerly wait for that Monday drop at 7PM(for my time zone).
wow happy to hear that! glad you like our videos!
Another incredible tour. I love the way you guys keep enhancing the production elements without compromising the feel of the videos. Really beautifully done.
thanks for the feedback! appreciate it!
I think cuz he talks to the listing agents and gets clearance
Can't imagine the utility bills...why not go solar with these mega mansions??
LMAO you think solar could run something this size? 😂
@@venom5809 100 panels system can generate 6,000kWH a month ..200 panels can do 12,000kWH. Sure can help!
I'm not a millionaire, so i can't never understand for what to much useless spaces for 1 family, minimalism is my all... but yes, it's beautiful

I just want a house with *an infinity pool on the entire roof* 🥺🤦🏽♂️🇵🇰
Ur carzy
This house is simply amazing. The attention to detail and the lighting is truly out of this world. I personally could not imagine living in such a massive home, but the ideas and features are awesome to say the least and truly inspiring. This type of living requires a completely different mindset but for me personally I would take the ideas shown here and scale them down and incorporate them into something smaller and more realistic. Great video though and loved how you truly showcased this homes design and features.
me too
UR NOT REAL
Yes, that certainly exists in Cali too. Smaller versions of these same homes. Still ridiculously expensive but yeah they are here for sure.
My thoughts exactly. I'm trying to imagine the type of person/family that live in these homes. Like how on Earth could you enjoy all of that space?
I think you've taught me something about sales, in this one: sales must be about justifying one's asking price with the extraordinary details of one's product's content ... nice. Thanks for that. I've never been a good salesman.
At every previous video i thought "that's it, this is how my dream home gonna be"
But damn you , in every video you crush my dream by showing such awesome mansions
Exactly😭😭

Enes and crew did it again!! Absolutely stunning.. worth every penny and that’s a lot of pennies. This luxury mansion is to die for in every way imaginable..Attention to detail on point, lifestyle on point, the garages and cars on point… this is not only a visual delight but a beautiful place to live, eat via personal chefs, grow a family, have friends and family visit/stay and talk about entertaining for work and play… you can tell that Enes and Michael really like this Lux mansion and giving this tour had to be pleasurable… Kudos to the design team for impeccable and innovative taste…
There are times when in hiring an architect, you actually get more than what you paid for and this is one of those houses. Absolutely beautiful! The bronze pieces scattered throughout the house are magnificent....wonder what gallery represents these artists? Takes a LOT of steel to produce that large cantilevered roof.
