Your editing team is incredible. Your entire team is just unbelievable. Enes appearing out of nowhere while his voice carries over has a special magical-like touch that makes me think "Where's Enes? Oh, there he is!" and makes me feel like I'm touring the house with you guys, and seeing the details you saw. Plus the tone of the plural "we" makes it feel as if you meant to include us as if we are physically there, and not just you guys touring it while we watch. The transitions are also seamless and engaging and I may have caught Enes' penchant for catching unlikely details (I hadn't even realized I started doing that) and noticed the sheep by the bar of the lounging area.

The color of the car at the beginning is really beautiful, I like it! The view from the window in the living room is like looking at the pictures on the wall! That TV in the rec room is really big and the electric doors to the kitchen cabinets are cool! Wine cellar, gym, and sauna are all available! The biggest feature of this house is that it should be the largest among the mansions introduced recently, and it also has a large stepped orchard! You guys did a really great job again, thanks a lot for sharing！👍😄👏 P. S. If possible, I really hope that the subtitles can directly have traditional Mandarin options. After all, we are a free and democratic country, and we don’t read simplified characters. It will be easier for me to promote your videos! Not sure what it is about Enes and Mikey’s videos. By far my favorite high-end real estate YT channel. Maybe it’s their personalities, commentary, the sound of their voices, and the outstanding video production. Not sure. All I know is these guys have perfected this niche.
This is close to perfection. It's rare to find a glass boxed house that looks like a home rather than some a contemporary art piece. The Chef's kitchen is probably the best I've ever seen on this channel. The laundry room is on the same floor as most of the bedrooms and we've seen much more expensive homes that don't have an elevator. Brilliantly designed with the focus on what the home owners need and want. This probably won't last 60 days ont he market.
This terraced garden reminds me of another house y'all toured (I believe in LA) that had an amazing garden with all sorts of planters and retaining walls. Even had a small sink/wash station. Loved that home and garden. Adds a dimension to the property that you rarely see.

I honestly watched this tour smiling. Everything is so perfect. This has to be the most well decorated luxury home I've ever seen. Everything has a good size, all the bedrooms and bathrooms, and all of them have their own walking closets, as should have in all these homes. No useless room. Honestly, it already made me happy only from seeing it on UA-cam, I can't even imagine living in it. Also I usually talk about how everytime the quality of the intros on your videos are movie-like, but on this video, even you walking, the quality of image seems like Hollywood. Enes, in Florida we called anything with citrus a Grove, but then again you're in California and they all come up with their own rules. Apples are grown in an orchard. All-in-all, a beautiful home and piece of property.

I noticed that there were recessed sections for automated shades. But, there didn't appear to be any shades installed. I love the views. However, I also like my privacy. This was a lot of fun (poor Mikey getting thwapped with the branch LOL) so much information on all the details, and I love the comparison between the properties that are similar to this one ( it's so green now from the rains compared to the other properties you've shown before all the rains this past winter). Can I just thank you so much from my poor ADHD and Autism Brain for putting up links to those episodes! If I were to go back and look, I'd get so distracted by the older episodes I'd end up forgetting what I was actually looking for!! The sofa is Living Divani and it can be configured any way you want because its modular. I love the sofa in my house because it can be easily changed to an event or to accommodate a new layout. They are between $30k and $90k and take quite a while to deliver but they are great for larger rooms where you need to occupy a space with a constellation of seating.

This was a lot of fun (poor Mikey getting thwapped with the branch LOL) so much information on all the details, and I love the comparison between the properties that are similar to this one ( it's so green now from the rains compared to the other properties you've shown before all the rains this past winter).

LOVE the intro - the drone footage of Bel Air was incredible! In this house I loved the views and orchard. The orchard was the feature of any home on this channel, please keep showing more of the grounds, gardens, trees etc.

The sofa is Living Divani and it can be configured any way you want because its modular. I love the sofa in my house because it can be easily changed to an event or to accommodate a new layout. They are between $30k and $90k and take quite a while to deliver but they are great for larger rooms where you need to occupy a space with a constellation of seating.
The transitions in this video are great. The one from the chef’s kitchen to the family room is done amazing.
