@HangGlideTube you mean that they don't create the cheese in a lab and use real dairy? I'm not denying that it has real dairy in it but it seems that it has way too low dairy to be considered "real cheese". That article is from 2015 so maybe it's not the same. I only wish I could give you 100 thumbs up for this.
I just purchased a big box (12) of Jimmy Dean sausage, egg, & cheese croissants, and had I seen this before I went to the store this morning, I would have picked up some English Muffins for sure. (I did get 3 lbs. of bacon & 3 doz. eggs)
I never buy things like this, but my son and his girlfriend like to grab them before leaving for work. I love it that there is only a microwave involved and no mess when I get up, after they leave for work.
I can now do these up myself, and not pay an arm and a leg for them, or have them making them and leave me with a wrecked kitchen.
God Bless you for this one my friend, I really needed it. I love my son being here, but the clean kitchen is a must for me, and they always leave a nightmare for me to wake up to. The worst thing to do to someone in the a.m. Messy Kitchen! PS I'm allergic to a.m. rrrrr
    Thank you a million times.

It's pretty much the same as these but using sausage and on croissants. They are SO good! And of course, do the same, wrap in waxed paper and into the freezer. It's so nice to have breakfast ready to go and not have to dirty pans and bowls and spend time prepping and cooking when you could be drinking coffee, LOL!! ;-)

I followed the directions on this sandwich; but I did it in this order: Protein (sausage), EGG, Muffin and I broiled the cheese on top of the egg before I topped it. We like our muffins nice and crisp and not floppy. I had potatoes o'brien in my ninja foodi while I was assembling the sandwich. It was a HIT with my picky eater son. He ate the whole thing! I realized you can substitute the protein with whatever you like: ham, chicken, pork chop, even steak!! and the egg can be scrambled instead of 'hard cooked' ; can be topped with avocado and tomato... many ways to do this one.. Thanks for taking me through it. Beats coughing up 4.75 for a SINGLE Sausage Egg McMuffin

This uses a lot more oil, not sure about the US but I used to work at maccies in the UK and the muffins are toasted and bacon's steamed. I'm not sure if they use any oil for the eggs either. They do put liquid butter on the muffins though while they're assembling them.

One drawback. If you don't completely saturate every crevice of the jar lid with oil the egg will stick to it like glue and it's a mess. I use a microwave container that has dual egg cups. I lightly spray it with water before putting the eggs in and break the yolks then put in for 1:03. I then turn it over giving it a light tap then unclip the seal and put it in for another 20 seconds so any excess water evaporates. I also put the muffins in the toaster on the bagel setting without any oil or butter. Also, I have an issue with putting the whole thing in the microwave to melt the cheese as the muffin will tend to get soggy. Just put the egg and cheese in a microwave container with a loose lid and zap it for 15 seconds. You can butter the muffin if you like but the 2-4 teaspoons of oil this guy uses does nothing to enhance the flavour and just adds unhealthy saturated fat.

You can do this same thing veganized with JUST egg poured into the Ball Jar lids, sprouted genesis 1:29 English muffins, beyond meat sausage patties, and vivolife vegan cheddar cheese. The trick to make the vivolife cheese the best is to put it straight on the griddle pan for about 10 secs and then flip them onto the English muffins.

I buy turkey bacon at Aldi and recently discovered their fully cooked breakfast sausage, both link and patty. All of it is good tasting. I'd rather use a lightweight pan to keep the muffins from doming. Heating cans may not be the safest thing to do to the contents, plus the tops and bottoms can harbor germs which then transfer to the bread.

I never reply, I've only done thumbs up or down!I love ur videos & recipes! TY, for the egg ring tip, it is an awesome idea! Also, TY So Much for the KFC Coleslaw recipe! My family was having a Reunion (100 People), done @ my Sister's home & she told me, she was going to buy KFC Coleslaw from the Restaurant & I told her NOOO! I told her about ur recipe & I'll bring it & it will save her a ton of money & it tastes just like it, it is our favorite coleslaw. My family loved it! & asked me if I bought it from KFC, & I told them, I made it, but it was your recipe & they needed to check out ur recipes & to subscribe to your site! I went home, with 2 huge Empty & clean Rubbermaid Containers, so U got alot of thumbs up for that recipe, that day!!!

I made this for my breakfast and it was soo good. For the rings for your eggs, you can also make one from aluminium foil/tin foil.

I would discourage you from doing that. If you do the research, you will see that it is suspected that cooking with aluminum foil touching your food is one of the contributors to Alzheimer’s disease. The metal leeches into your food and passes the blood brain barrier.
